I’ve honestly been trying to hold off on writing a review for a while now but I have an issue literally every single time I come here & I come here about 3x a week usually around 10am.
I do my order through mobile order and MAKE SURE to have it set to IN STORE and NOT Drive thru. I get a tall latte and egg white bites. They make your coffee and put it at the in store pick up (like requested). But the food is NEVER there. And they always put it on some stack of assorted heated breakfasts by the drive thru window. It will take them 15 minutes to realize that the food goes to the same order where the coffee was picked up.
Today I waited by the counter for 5 minutes and no one made eye contact with me. Literally 6-7 people in there just to move an item 20 feet to where it’s supposed to be picked up.
By the time 15-20 minutes pass the stuff is already cold, they don’t mark when their out of sriracha on the website you get some dry ah egg whites, and they don’t give you a fork. It’s insane for $6.
If the staff was nice about it I’d feel differently but this happens EVERY TIME and no one apologies for significant delay or the fact that the product is already ice cold by the time you get it.
Rant over. I suggest just skipping this location and going out of your way to go to a local spot

Employees are amazing! Manager is superb! Best Starbucks experience! The location on Broadway in Garland is the worst! Laguna Dr and the 205 location in Rockwall are the very best...Keep being friendly!

This store consistently does not know how to make Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso’s. Avoid this Starbucks and go to any of the nearby ones. It’s convenient with the drive thru but an undrinkable drink is not worth the convenience. It is crazy a Starbucks doesn’t have basic QA/QC on a simple drink. Imagine other shortcuts they could be taking (such as hygiene).

Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered through the drive-thru early in the morning before work and specifically asked for a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with light ice. When I got my drink, it was completely full of ice, even more than usual. I had already paid and tipped, and the barista handed me the drink quickly and walked away without checking if it was right. I waited for a bit, but no one came back, and I had to leave for work. For the price Starbucks charges, I expect better attention to customer requests and overall service quality. Definitely not satisfied with this visit.

Bought two Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matchas 13.96$, asked for light ice on both instead got 3/4 of ice, lots of foam no actual drink. Out of two drinks Starbucks made one complete drink basically a theft in the daylight. I’ll go to Boba next time instead!

Am I the only one who taste the metal in the oatmeal? 10 bucks for a small coffee and oatmeal that taste bla...I for one am quitting after almost 10 years of this over priced experience. Not that once in a while I won't crave that coffee...it is darn good sometimes...but I have had my time with it. Thanks Starbucks.

Came to send some emails at the end of my work day and it is very cozy and quiet. While I was here, although I did not order anything, one of the employees was so kind and gave me a sample of a drink they are working on. She was so kind, I wish I got her name! It was absolutely delicious and I believe it’s oat milk, praline and cold foam. I would definitely recommend this place if you just need a place to chill.
