Very rude customer service.the panini I got was melted into the bag and completely stuck. The drink was not made right at all. It just seemed like they were stuck in that position not wanting to be there.

The older lady working at this starbucks is very rude! We ordered breakfast and I ordered a brown sugar expresso, first she rudely told me to hold on after every word. Then told me to repeat myself 3 times only to end up making a TOTALLY DIFFERENT drink!! I ordered my drink with oatmilk because i am lactose intolerant and she gave me a white mocha with regular milk!! She didnt even TRY to make what i ordered. She made us feel like we inconvenienced her by ordering.

The cashier Candy was one of the rudest Starbucks agents I have ever come across! Wow just wow I'm in disbelief. She acted as if I was bothering her. I hope Starbucks get their custom service back top notch! It's unacceptable.
We stopped by here on a recent road trip. They were fast and efficient- our order was not only ready in record time but also accurate! Such a nice experience!

Was in line waiting for around 15 minutes for the only lady working to take my order but it seemed like her conversation with the girl she was making drinks for was more important than taking our order and the 2 other people behind us trying to order so we left after waiting for so long
