I usually never have a problem at this location, but when someone doesn’t know know to read a cup that explains your drink, that’s a little problematic. I ordered a venti iced chai w/light ice what the barista gave me is a lot of ice, so I told her light ice like it says on the cup ( why I have to tell her? I don’t know! ) then she scoops out a of of ice and tried to hand me my cup back with my drink half empty so I asked if she was going to top it off and she said “Oh yea, “ and now I’m just too upset to go back up and tell them that my drink just taste like milk now and it’s a waste of my money.

rudest workers EVER ordered a peppermint frap and they made it as a regular drink and it tasted disgusting we asked if they could re make it and they straight up said no .
