Never greeted when i come inside, and I have to watch the counter for my drink because for some reason they don’t want to call out names?? drink every time I come here and yet it somehow always taste different every single time and I get packets of honey in my drink but they never mix the honey in my drink so now I just have honey sitting at the very bottom of the cup, and there’s no point of getting it. ever seen this place not have any issues was whenever the regional manager was there wow

I come to this Starbucks all the time and the team here is always super friendly — they really make the place feel welcoming. I usually order the Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso and it’s one of my favorites! Lately though, it hasn’t been quite as consistent — sometimes it tastes a bit stronger or has less milk than usual. Still, I know everyone’s doing their best and I really appreciate the great attitude and service every time I stop by. Hoping the drink gets back to its usual perfect balance soon!

This location is near my work so I frequent it often and always have a great experience with good drinks and friendly staff. Today, Brian took my order and was very kind and personable, and had me leaving the drive-thru thinking “What a nice guy”. I wish I could credit the other DT workers since they’re always all so kind, but Brian gets the light today! Will always return to this location.

Three times in a row I come to this Starbucks(my neighborhood Starbucks) and my drink is not made right. I’ve tried 2 different drinks on the menu and they couldn’t get it right unfortunately.
This store doesn’t deserve any money. The employees are bullies. I recently saw a face book post on how an employee there was forced to quit because no one would listen to her when it came to her being harassed.She posted videos of her being harassed as well! Not one person should ever have to prove themselves like tht! I no longer support this company and the management is awful I see her employees do more work than she does.

The customer service here has always been exceptional. That's not the case with every Starbucks location. I hope management takes notice of this and passes encouragement along to their baristas! Thank you for spreading joy. 🤍

Not sure what happened to this location but man has it gone down hill. 13 minutes to make two drinks, with one person sitting inside, and no line at the drive through. No one acknowledges anyone when they walk in. Seems like the old amazing staff is gone and new staff couldn’t care less. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Maybe that’s why it’s been completely empty the last few times I’ve been in. Such a shame, guess I’ll find a new spot for my afternoon pick-me-ups.
