This was supposed to be my first time at steak and shake.. But i didn't even stay to get my order. I sat there for 45 minutes and decided it was time to go. Seen the waitress two times. I also witnessed orders of food ready in the window for 15 minutes while the servers walked back and forth. Finally it was served and the customers complained it was cold. Disgusting food, my burger was so overcooked it was crunchy, the cheese cheese was cold and not melted. My friend's burger was pretty much the same as mine, except that he ordered and paid for a double burger and only got a single; maybe it was a blessing in disguise? We went through the drive thru and so the option of returning is pretty much a no-go.

Food was awesome 5 star even. The service was not very good, or professional. We ordered shakes and they gave them in to go cups with no cherry. We wanted glass with the cherries. It wasn’t busy but they were too busy goofing off with each other than to properly care for their customers.
