Walked in with a Temp of 77 ish? Required to self order. Windows were dirty. Multiple tables were dirty. Only 2-3 families present. Not too busy for to have someone cleaning tables. Will not return.

Nothing special but a solid burger option if you're craving a smash thin burger. They have some good options. I would definitely order again if the craving hits. Their shakes are AWESOME!!!
Horrible. This used to be a good restaurant, but they fired the staff and replaced them with automated kiosks. Everything is dirty and broken, our order was wrong, there’s no-one here except kitchen staff. Cold and unfriendly. Never coming back.

I had a horrible experience here a few weeks. We arrived as a party of 7 and placed our order at the kiosk. After getting our drinks we found a table and began waiting for our food. My nephew mentioned to my husband and I that the cook handling the burgers wasn’t wearing any gloves. We assured him she had to have gloves on but he insisted she didn’t. My husband turned to look and sure enough…no gloves. When he approached the register to inquire about her lack of gloves her response was, “that’s not even your order…that’s for the drive thru”. Uh, excuse me, doesn’t matter whose order your making it should be made with gloves hands. She was literally adding toppings to the burgers and pressing the top bun on with no gloves! Another customer that was waiting for his food thanked my husband for saying something and said he noticed her scratching her face and nose while preparing the burgers. How disgusting! Instead of simply agreeing to put on gloves she proceeded to argue with my husband, the other customer as well as other employees who were telling her to just put the gloves on. She actually called my husband ugly and told him to mind his business. So unprofessional! We ended up requesting a full refund and took our business elsewhere. We will not be back.
