Love subway, but this location is always so incredibly slow. It just seems like an issue of under staffing. There is no reason that only 1 person should be working the dinner rush on a Thursday night. Felt bad for the guy!

Came to eat here on 5/5/25. Employees are incredibly rude. Didn’t have any bread made except wheat and were out of so much. Really seems like they are trying to do everything possible to NOT make sandwiches. Just save the time and money and go to Firehouse or Jersey Mike’s instead. 👍🏻

Had a really bad experience here with two young men working right now. They ran out of onions and had to go to the back. The kid didn’t change his gloves and came back and touched my sandwich with the dirty gloves. When the person in front of me got a meatball sub the worker tried to use his dirty knife he used to cut the meatball sub on my veggie sandwich. Then when I asked him to use a clean knife he snapped at me and said he wasn’t going to use the dirty one. Which he clearly was, he set it on my sandwich paper. These kids need better training in cleanliness and hospitality. I worked for subway for two years so I know this is unacceptable.
Sorry I didn’t want to put a review but I want to alert other people that something is wrong with the lady working there. She is extremely frustrated. We just came there to order food and she was unnecessary rude when we were nice while ordering food. As soon as we left, she started making out with younger guy who is working there. This was my first rude experience in Texas felt disgusting and felt bad whole day. She turned off my mood. It’s just a matter of treating customers nicely even if you are having bad day then you can succeed and your business can succeed. Plz tell me, will I ever go back to that Subway to turn off my mood again? Never. I will choose to go to any other nearby restaurant if I’m at that place again.

RUDE!!!!! RUDE RUDE!!!!! THIS SUBWAY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. THEY WERE SO DIRTY AND FOOD WAS ALL MIXED IT LOOKED VERY UNSANITARY!!!!! THE EMPLOYEES ON 3/26/25 1pm WERE SO RUDE AND ALL HAD TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SAW A VAPE OF SOME SORT LAYING BY THE REGISTER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DONT COME HERE!!! CALLING CORPORATE THEY NEED NEW STAFF ASAP.

So my dad dies right? And all I want is a tuna sandwich to make me feel better. So I send my boyfriend up here and a lady with a nasty attitude says our order has already been put out. Yet it’s not there. She then proceeds to give all the excuses of how she’s closing soon so she’s not making tuna (fair but why are you being hateful?). Then stated the toaster is already off I can’t toast your sandwich. WHY ARE YOU STILL OPEN?? The way you talked to my boyfriend was uncalled for and while this was one small thing I could look forward to on a day like this you found a way to make it worse. Don’t know your full name but you closed tonight and it starts with a D. You never know what people are going through try not to make things worse.
Today was the 3rd time that I got old hard bread for my sandwich. Also they missed packing my soda and chips for Uber Eats a few times. Employees please start carrying about what you serve and who you serve food too. Everyone works hard for their money and want what they pay for!

I was at this store at around 1 pm with my son and there was nobody at the counter. I pressed the bell around 7 times and even yelled "hello" twice and yet nobody. I timed the wait for 8 minutes and walked away. Being at a subway in a Walmart store at lunch-time with nobody at the counter was a terrible experience. You really need to improve your customer service relationship.

My father and I went to this location and, we were treated horribly by the staff. She was being rude and demanding towards us and insinuating that my elderly father and I were going to steal by looking over my shoulder the entire time we were eating. She made me pay first before making my sandwich which I had never experienced before in any other subways. The lady with purple hair was the person that took my order.
