TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!!! Food I was given was NOT good. Lettuce was brown and bread was stale. No bread options because they were OUT. Service was super slow had only ONE sweet teenager girl working the store. 100% don’t recommend this subway…BETTER off going to Jimmy John's.

Very terrible service!!! Have heard employees don’t get there tips so I suggest (DONT TIP ONLINE) Nothing is cleaned management needs to fix the fact that only ONE PERSON WORKS A SHIFT makes servicing customers very slow. It honestly looks like they’re going out of business. No bread looks like it’s been made all the veggies looks like they’re bad especially the spinach and tomatoes. Just spend your money at Jersey Mike’s or firehouse subs instead!!!!!!!!!! Manager needs to get it together!

I honestly never write a review but this place seems horrible, people are very rude also there food looks like if it just been there for days not sure why management haven’t done anything to fix this the lady and the guy are very rude horrible employees by the way they talk to costumers 🤦🏻♀️ so disappointing towards this place!!

No footlong sandwich in subway is worth more than $5 . Low quality ingredients and bread that is not prepared and baked properly. Toasters never seem to toast properly. Chapter 13 bankruptcy on the horizon. Remember when they were great and affordable! :( what happened Subway?

Wish there was a 0 star setting!!! Absolutely horrible food. Ordered (1) 6" flatbread and (1) 6" white bread with only turkey and cheese. First of all, flatbread was hard and way too done in the toaster. The girl was new and asked the other fella what setting are flatbreads. There is an inadequate amount of meat on each sandwich and they ended up making the (2) sandwiches into 12". Not what I ordered. Then trying to tell them they were argumentative in a refund and finally made it right. Stay far away from this place. Worst Subway experience. I worked at Subway as a kid and cared more than this experience!!!!

That guy that work store number 118 here in Rockwall on goliad 3084 goliad he is very unfriendly he act like he's afraid to touch your hand when he's giving you your change back and the way he hand you your bag with your sandwich in it stop here again

Management needs to pay attention to equipment upkeep. Ice maker is always malfunctioning or has no ice. Drink machine works the same way. Sandwiches are not made with any care whatsoever. Very sloppy! Cookies are old and stale. Avoid this restaurant!!

Hadn’t been here in a while, but went twice in the past week and had back to back awful experiences.
Both times I was the only person in line but waited 10 minutes or more to be asked about my order.
Second time I hurt myself after biting into a large piece of hard plastic that was in my sandwich.
Won’t be going back.

Was my first time stopping by and will be my last. Conner was extremely unprofessional and rude. Did not let me speak when I was trying to explain 3 different orders. And got mad when I told him I wanted my bread toasted before adding the meat. I told him that's what I was trying to explain. He just stayed quiet and his facial expression got angrier. Really if he hates his job he should not be there in the first place.

Customer service isn’t their forte. Messed up my ordered & am missing an item. Called to request a refund & the manager was rude. The gentleman who initially answered the phone at least tried to be helpful. Manager kept trying to argue with me to prove an irrelevant point instead of apologizing or offering a real solution. Ultimately requested a refund & was just told to do it online. Asked how & she wanted to be smart & told me to “click refund”. I respond with “okay” & she hangs up.
