My experiences at Subway have consistently left much to be desired. Despite giving it multiple tries for the sake of convenience, each visit has ended in disappointment.Firstly, their curbside pickup service is virtually non-existent as the staff never bring the food out, regardless of how long one waits. This lack of attention to customer service is disheartening.Furthermore, the employees often appear miserable and unapproachable, which creates a negative atmosphere. The ingredients also seem to be past their prime, and requesting condiments like mayonnaise or mustard often results in an excessive and messy application.Overall, it's a disappointment, and I find myself preferring to drive to the other side of Rockwall for better options. It's unfortunate that Subway falls short in comparison to its competitors in the area.

The absolute worst customer service i think i've ever had. Lady at the register completely ignored me when i walked in before walking to the back for several minutes before anyone even came out to help. The guy who made my sandwich was rude as all can be. Definitely shouldn't be working customer service!

Staff seems to hate their job and signs when you walk in or order. Ordered a basic club sandwich and couldn’t even get the most basic one right and put probably half a pound of mayonnaise in. The other stores in Rockwall are better then

Came in around 3:45. Guy who was working was extremely rude and unprofessional because his co worker was late and “wasnt suppose to be here” he didnt greet me and was mumbling under his breath while i ordered. I asked if i needed to go to another location because of his attitude and he said no but continued with attitude.

Me and my family ordered from this location this evening. This picture is my sandwich I ordered. They literally gave me one little piece of roast beef. I payed 10+ dollars for one piece of meat seriously! I do not recommend this location at all. Horrible service. The stupidity and laziness this world has come to is ridiculous. I guess I’ll go into my fridge and put some damn meat on this thing.

0 Stars the lady was rude , made my food wrong and acted like I was a inconvenience, and I work retail so I thought maybe she was having a bad day , but than she came sat with a group of people left another young worker to handle a big line while she did nothing. What makes this worst is shortly after eating I started throwing up and having diarrhea. This was the only meal I had eaten too , so the whole experience was miserable I fo not recommend anyone coming to this location.

I called for an interview, and the hiring manager was so rude to me. She insulted me and hung up on me. I don’t know what I did wrong. When my mom came here she said the food isn’t good, and the place was a little dirty. DONT COME HERE!!! I recommend other sandwich places.

I normally have good experiences here until tonight. I tried to come grab a quick healthy dinner to take home for my kids. They have been asking for subway all day. On my way home I stopped in at 9:10pm, the Open sign was off but the door was open. The employees were in the back they turned and stared at me. I asked if they were closed he said yes ma'am. I asked if they closed at 9:30 and he said yes ma'am normally but tonight they want to go home to their families. Which I get and is totally understandable. I would love to be able to say to people at my job to but I can't. If it's business hours and you are on the clock we are open. He was extremely polite and not rude at all to kudos to the young man for that but this is really frustrating. So now I'm off to find another option for our now even later dinner and in this area there aren't many options.

Don't even attempt to order online. You can give them an additional 10 minutes from the promised time and they still will not have started your order when you arrive. Every single time.

Terrible service and fairly unclean inside. Went there to this location today and waited in a short line (one family before us). Once it was our turn the staff scattered and it wasn’t to clean or prepare for our order. Not sure what they were up to. We ended up walking out without having ordered. Didn’t really expect such bad service or a dirty place in Rockwall. Will not return and normally don’t write bad reviews but this was an odd event.

Terrible service and somewhat unclean on the inside. Went to this location at about 1:30 today wait in a short line once it was our turn to order the employees scattered. This was not to clean or prepare for our order. I am not sure why the scattered or for what. End the end we just walked out as the location was dirty and the employees were not concerned with cleaning or serving.

For future reference, when you are making a delivery order and you don't have an ingredient, it is the restaurants responsibility to contact the customer to figure out a substitute. Do not wait for the delivery driver to get there and make them contact the customer. Our purpose is to delivery the order, that is all. Your responsibility is to complete the order, including contacting YOUR customer when you are out of ingredients. If you can't finish the order, cancel the order. Do not waste a driver's time and the customers time. Go into the app, find the customer contact information, and pick up the phone.

This subway is a joke every single time I go there they always mess up my Order if i order off the subway app and it says it will be ready at 7:15 pm I get there right at 7:15 and its not even been made yet and there is no one in there I now go to the subway near hobby lobby they make my food much better

Always changing but Polite employees and ok sandwiches at the N Goliad store. Close and handy for us. But few patrons every time I visit.
