Stay away!! Food poison alert ?the place is a total trash from vegetables to the meats and the area just has trash everywhere. I ate here and got food poisoning from it!! If you’re not happy with your job then just find a new one or make a change.

I placed my order online and got to the store 20 minutes later when the app said it was ready and much to my surprise it was an empty restaurant where the workers were working on prep for other things, asked if my order was online and then told me to hold on. They still had not even made my food yet.I will stick to Rowlett’s subway from now on.

Went in to grab some lunch around 1:30, store was very clean. The gentleman that made my sandwich did a great job with portions, he was very quick and professional.

The food sucks the employees don't know what they are doing and have no communication they were both trying to make the same sandwich at the same time and had to be told multiple times what kind of sandwiches too make and they don't pay attention to anything at all they were out of a lot of products and they barely put any meet or cheese or anything else on the sandwiches

I think I need to look elsewhere for sub sandwiches. The folks here omit paid for items with such frequency, it makes me wonder whether there's a scam going on. On the few occasions I was able to talk to someone to report the missing items, they say the delivery service should have picked ir up. When I asked the driver to look at the package before he left, he said he just delivers what he is given. Bottom line, they keep ruining my dinner and it's not worth putting up with this anymore.

My spicy italian came with 6 slices of each meat instead 10, the employees looked at me like i was crazy, its the only sandwich I get at subway. They were out of cucumbers and bell peppers too

Stay away. Last time I am going here. If you wanna wait 30 minutes for a subway.... be my guest. To the owners- you gotta hire better staff.- give them a raise... maybe that will motivate them to card about their job. Jeez.

This is a mediocre to subpar Subway. Everything was dirty when I walked in, no one even made eye contact or said hello. All of the veggies were old and wilted. Especially the lettuce and tomatoes. The lettuce was literally brown instead of crisp and green. The tomatoes looked like they were sliced a week ago and were shriveled and gritty looking. When I checked out, the sales person didn't even ask if I wanted a combo, which I did, I had to ask for it and then they didn't even give me the cup they just walked away. Not a great example of good customer service.
