The best sweet frog location by far! The employees here are so sweet. They helped my daughter pick a flavor by sampling some. The best experience and made us feel so welcome. Def will be back ☺️

Great, healthier treat!

I love Sweet Frog, and rarely get hot fudge. Yesterday I got the hot fudge and found out it was COLD. Told the worker & she didn't seam to care.
It was Nasty on my yogurt.

Visited Sweet Frog in Rockwall, TX on October 23, 2025, around 8 PM. The place was a mess when I went to get my yogurt — tables were dirty, and the toppings area looked unkept. The two girls working in the back didn’t greet anyone coming in, and when I tried to make small talk, one said, “Sorry, I’m tired.” They both looked like they didn’t want to be there at all. For a place where people come to sit and eat, that kind of attitude and mess really stood out. The yogurt itself was good, but the overall experience was disappointing.

The froyo is good and I only go here every now and then because of my kids. Wish they would update and clean the place. It always feels icky in there.

Very professional and kind young ladies pierced my granddaughter's ears and it was quick and painless for her!

Frozen yogurt with lots of toppings from which to choose. You pay by weight after you have piled on the toppings.

All I think about is my tarte non fat froyo with peanut butter 24/7 I door dash almost daily because I have an addiction and they always make it perfect and whoever makes orders for “mila” daily I just wanna say s/o to you guys. ILY never change

This place is great! The employees were friendly, and the flavors were very interesting. They also have a great selection of toppings to choose from. There’s also a spacious sitting area for stiting in

Just left there today. Customer came in with their dog in hand, touching it, then touching the utensils to get the toppings. That is disgusting! Lack of management safety procedures. Wouldn’t doubt if dog hair got into the toppings. That is disgusting. Customer is just touching all the utensils without washing their hands, right after holding onto their dog.

i love the flavor variety i always come here and theres always good service and the cashier is always nice no matter who. But on my last visit the cashier was so rude and grumpy she had like black hair and glasses and was acting so bratty. I hope next time i come i dont get the same one, it would hurt me not to come once a while.

Absolutely love this place! They have the best flavors, the freshest ingredients and it’s always super clean! So refreshing to have great pricing and a kind staff!
