If I could give a zero, I would. I called the store 5 times to ask where my order was. (Keep in mind I ordered two things 75 minutes prior.) Their hours say they are open until 4. I put my order in on grubhub. I got no response when I called the store, whatsoever. I’m heading to the store now to ask about my order or at least my money back. I’m struggling financially so when I buy this it’s a tiny treat for my family.

Since when did Taco Bell decide to make their food worse and triple the prices?! Shells were still cold, drinks were flat and service was mid. I understand prices are going up everywhere but that shouldn't cut quality.

Staff were great, food was amazing, quiet atmosphere, but their Kool aid is falsely labeled as Gatorade. I am now shaking and nauseous because of the sugar packed drink they passed off as Gatorade
Whoever the manager was tonight at the Taco Bell gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced there. Definitely need to keep that man around. I wish I got his name it all happened so fast, but the quality of customer service did not go unnoticed. Just a little problem can ruin my whole day or in this case made my whole night.

This Taco Bell is what a Taco Bell should be like. My tacos had meat, cheese and lettuce in them and were full. Most Taco Bell locations give me half full tacos. My burritos were made well, filled nicely and evenly and tasted fresh (not a half stale tortilla like some places have). I would have spoken to the manager and told them this Taco Bell is exemplary, but I received a call that had my head deep in thought and I didn't get around to it. I live 45 minutes from this Taco Bell or I would make it my go to. GREST JOB!!!!

This Taco Bell was 😃THE BEST EVER! All parts of order were correct and the food was warm and DELICIOUS like you would hope for (but rarely receive anymore from most fast food chains these days🫤) Drive thru service was outstanding, as well as the employees attitudes!
