The taco salad was a terrible joke!!! I didn't see or taste ANY lettuce!! Chicken was mushy like old chicken salad mixture. A few chopped tomato pieces and a spoonful of beans. A big tortilla shell / bowl with barely ANYTHING in it, and what was, tasted disgusting!!! Took two bites and gave the rest to my dog.....she wouldn't eat it either!!!Waste of $$$!!!

They weren't stocked, no salsa, no drink lids, no dr pepper, very unclean. Staff nearly let me leave with out half my order. Drive through door is about to fall off and if was to land on a car it could injure someone. Very unmanaged and poorly kept.

I walked in the door, went to take a look at the condiments bar to see if all the veggies were fresh. Then I went to powder my noise. When I returned the cook was standing at the condiment bar with all fresh spices. Fresh onions, peppers, and anything you can think of to put on tacos.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and only two cars in front of me. Then when I got to the window no one was there. Sat for another 5 minutes till some came to the window. Also one car drove away because they never took her order. Then the next car sat there for 5 minutes waiting to order. Didn't help him till done with me. These employees are extremely slow and definitely can not multi task!

We are in town visiting Texas for my dad's funeral and when here, we always have to get Taco Bueno. This location is immaculate. Lizbeth, the employee helping us was so kind and punctual (despite being the lone employee). The restaurant was clean, organized, and the food - fresh. Lizbeth is what makes companies like this run. She's amazing. Thank you for helping a hard time being in Texas into a bright one with your service. Give this woman a raise! A+++

Haven't been to a Bueno in several years and decided to stop in. Overall the place was clean, except for the floors around the register and drink area. Shoes stuck like they cleaned the floor with a dirty mop. Service was great though. Staff was very friendly, order came out quickly. Food was exactly as ordered, and tasted great.

They took our order at 6:35 p.m. We are in the drive-thru. There are three cars in front of us. There is no one at the drive-thru window. We are still waiting at 7:25p.m. and no one will come to the window and we can not leave, because we are stuck with cars in front of us. Two others cars already pulled through. The service here is terrible. Sad to see, we have been coming here for twenty years.

This taco Bueno use to be the Best now it’s not that great this is my problem I have gone by there many times like at 9:30 and sit in the drive through no answer the drive through open sign is on why say your open till 10 and close early all the time just say 9 then because it’s ridiculous then on the days it says open till 11 you go by close to 10 and their closed too I would say this is a problem quit being lazy and not wanting to work the hours you are supposed to be open at really smh ever since covid things have changed and people have too Mske Taco Bueno great Again..

It was 9:45pm. They are open till 11:00pm. The lettuce looked and tasted terrible. Looked like it was frozen and thawed out or they tried to revive with water. Gross.Vegetarian options: Good is normally great at other Taco Buenos. Not this time.

Normally I like Taco Bueno for a quick snack or just an inexpensive Mexican craving. But this time the quesadilla was not the type I ordered, abs the cheese wasn't even fully melted, making a mess as shreds went everywhere. If I hadn't been miles away, I'd have gone back. Plus, no receipt was given to call in
