This was a rare rating, usually this location is a 4-5 star. There were four younger employees in the kitchen and it took a while to get my food in the drive-thru. I sat more than five minutes at the window.

I like the fajitas which are a 4/5 but 45 min wait time is unacceptable that gets a 0. Manager gave my money back because he was embarrassed about what happened so he gets a 3 but he obviously can't keep his kitchen running. Complete disorganization and anarchy in the kitchen with staff walking out not wanting to cook anymore. Where's Gordon Ramsay when you need him. I do dig the salsa bar. They gave us a ridiculous amount of food easily 3.5 pounds so I have fajitas for days.....I would eat here again because I like the food and this is the first time that has ever happened there .so based on zero mathematical skills I give them a magic created 3.

Always understaffed and run out of items. The food tastes stale at times. The only bright side is that the management staff will bend over backwards to make sure that the issues will be resolved and have amazing customer service and respect for their staff...

Best tacos around and great service. They have authentic Mexican street tacos that are awesome. My personal favorite the fajita steak and brisket tacos are served on a freshly baked soft tortilla and you can fix them any way you want with the selections from the fixings bar. To top it off you can wash it down with an ice cold beer.

Pretty hit and miss with the service here. Food is normally good, drive thru and online orders are slow. Most of the time you'll have a 10+ minute wait in the drive thru. Today I was blessed with a worker demonstrating her anger by throwing a box out the back door then kicking it so she could shut the door. Awesome job lady!!!!
