They can't substitute anything even when it's a simple request but that's nothing compared to how bad their beef tastes. The beans are fine but the beef is awful.Also, their advertising isn't great or accurate.

Taco Casa serves up delicious tacos, but the service can be hit or miss. When it's on point, the experience is fantastic, but there are times when the service falls short. Consistency in customer service would greatly enhance the overall dining experience. If you're willing to overlook occasional service hiccups for tasty tacos, it's still worth a visit.
Always fresh. Had super tostada and tea. I always get half-and-half tea so it's not too sweet.Update,Yesterday I went by and got 2 super burritos and I got taken. Usually, I can barely eat 2 of these, but this time, they were the size of a breakfast taquito at whataburger. Should have gone somewhere else. Was hungry when I left there. Not a good deal when I have to do physical work for the next 4 hours.

Listen they make ground beef tacos, that's it, that's all! I get taco Supremes, no cheese, no sour cream and they never mess up my order! I'm allergic to dairy so mistakes mean I need to back in line for a redo. Servers are always nice and they smile a lot. When I want a quick meal that doesn't disappoint I head to Taco Casa!
