The Bagel Lady Rockwall Deli & Coffee Shop

My husband had me put in order for my birthday breakfast. Was so excited to get the lox open face sandwich. He even told me not to worry about the price of $16 dollars. Well, I got an untoasted (asked for double toasted) bagel with plain cream cheese ( asked for dill), two small, dry ferment smelling/ tasting tomato slices, and small amount of capers (that's fine but with the rest, it just upset me). I am really disappointed. I've had this sandwich before after the delivery of my daughter and this is not the quality we received then. I'm upset my husband paid $16 for this out is out 65$ order. On top of it, my husband just let me know his sandwich was gross and the strawberry cream cheese we bought for my 4 kids is liquid like yogurt. None of them ate it. I just feel like I wasted our money because I wanted a special birthday breakfast. Won't make that mistake again. Edit to add- it's the day after and the only thing I've eaten today was the dill cream cheese we bought (8oz) and I am VIOLENTLY ill. No one else ate it and no one else is sick.

Delicious salads and pastries as well as bagels!

This is the place for great bagels and a quiet relaxing atmosphere to get some work done. The customer service is great. If you have not been here you are missing out.

Overpriced. Was charged $28 for 2 double egg sausage sandwiches and 3 pastries ... Not often I feel like I'm being ripped off but this place will make you feel that way. The sandwiches are better at Dunkin donuts and are 1/2 the price. Check any of the other 1-3 star reviews they all give the same feedback.

Read that a local business owner had a house fire and decided to support best I could! Came in this morning after the gym to nab a bagel for my wife and I - she’s basic so a blueberry bagel was all she needed, I went a little extra and got the open face salmon bagel and wow was it delicious! Both of us enjoyed what we got and were happy to help a small business in the area!

Will definitely return in the future as diet allows!

Parking: It’s in a strip of businesses so if busy you might have to park a bit away, but plenty of parking in lot for you, just be mindful a walk might be necessary.

Stopped in on the way to work. Wow, the smell of the bagels and pastries were delightful. I tried their garlic bagel which was the perfect amount of garlic and a generous amount of shmear. I ordered the Cinnbaby and this has by far been the best coffee I've had.

Amazing local gem! We're lucky to have such a place in Rockwall. Some of the best bagels I've ever had and even better customer service. The owners really care about their customers. And the food is amazing.

Delicious bagels! Great service! My daughter always wants to stop in the morning before school! I can usually call ahead of time and it’s ready when we get there! I think the Brooklyn is amazing, but my daughter loves a plain bagel with butter. I haven’t had an item I didn’t like. They are always friendly when we walk in the door. Highly recommend!!
