Can I just shout some praises to The Hole Thing Donuts- Rockwall I went in for the first time today I had never been into this location or any other location Samantha was super sweet and super friendly from the minute we walked in her customer service was a spectacular on top of that and she was able to and give me some tips on a new app too good to go didn't know about that and me and my son just went back and got a surprise bag my first time ever trying this place and I absolutely love them they're super sweet and I would definitely go again I definitely recommend keeping Samantha around as she's doing an awesome job again it's a very hard to find good customer service like that ❤️❤️❤️🎉🎉🎉🎉

Walked in, and I thought the decorations were really nice, then, one of the staff comes out, I don't know his name but he was very friendly. Overall for the short time I was there 10/10

The donuts here are so fluffy , soft and amazing!!! I’ve placed several orders and they were all prepared on time. The staff here was also very welcoming upon pickup. Best donuts in Rockwall and Forney so visit either location.

I walked in at 5:20am (basically right after they opened) and they only had their classic doughnuts out in their display case since they were still making all their specialty doughnuts. I explained that I was there early because today is my daughter’s birthday and I was trying to get her some doughnuts before she woke up to surprise her. They offered to make any of the specialty doughnuts right then and there which was incredible. They even said they can make most of their specialty doughnuts on the spot if you ask. They really impressed me and even offered me a coffee while I waited. Only 5 or so minuets later and I have fun and special doughnuts to surprise the birthday girl. I’m so impressed and they really helped make my little girls birthday.
