What’s good is a menu that actually takes inspiration from English and European food, but isn’t afraid to innovate. Definitely try the Monte Cristo Egg rolls!
In the numerous times here we’ve only had not so good service and that was due to an unplanned big party.
Every time I leave this place I leave satisfied. I can not say that about any other restaurant that I frequent, exceptional establishment.
Excellent service, drinks and food!!!!!
Fantastic as always! The fish and chips is great (try it with the curry sauce! YUM!) and the salmon and crab pinwheel was incredible, too!
My friend really enjoyed the food. 10/10 would recommend
Manager practices medicine without a license. Taking a person’s temperature when entering a restaurant is a violation of hippa and can be considered practicing medicine without a license. By the way it was without permission or consent.
IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME AND A COUPLE OF DRINKS, ROUNDABOUT IS NOT THE ROCKWALL FRIENDLY PLACE TO GO. When has this guy ever written a bad review? Never... tonight changes that... my wife and I after a long day of home repairs, decided to go to the The Roundabout - Rockwall, Texas to end the evening right as we’ve done before... well after two beers and a great conversation with another couple there, we are cut off rudely... we didn’t do anything offensive or crass or loud... we were shocked!! I’m not sure if this was discrimination or deliberate selection... but two of the bartenders started telling us to “just leave” very rudely!! I’m not sure what this was or what happened but as a resident of this town for a decade and patron of this establishment since it was Cayote Rojo and Londoner, this place has gone downhill in service and manner and food selection... even local breweries don’t tap there if that says anything... if you want to go have a good time, avoid this place... it’s dark, dank, and smells like your grandma’s attic.
Visiting from Michigan, my daughter took me to this rather dark and aged interior made to model an English Pub. They’d just undergone a name change. Normal bar food, an eclectic mix of New Orleans, Great Britain and a little of this and that. My lobster roll and fries were good, daughter said her fish and fries were ok. The service was a bit slow and inattentive based on the five customers in the place on a lunchtime Wednesday. The patio dining looked inviting but it was 95 degrees so we ate inside. Not deserving of five stars but a solid four.
Food wasn’t great sausages over cooked and gravy was the main dish while the sausage and mashed potatoes were a side on the bangers and mash. Hubby had bacon wrapped meatloaf it was ok but really dry

LOVE their fish and chips, always fresh and tasty! Cheese/meat platter consistently very nice -- atmosphere is both fun and relaxing. Wait staff service has always been super good! A couple of the female bartenders not always so friendly, but that's okay, I go to eat and drink, not to make friends with the bar staff!
We love the fri half price appetizers and brewers that come out. The food is great and is authentic British pub food. Beer is cold and it’s a great atmosphere
The Londoner is a great place to hang out on the patio with friends or even bring your pup. They usually have a rotating tap of local beers to try and the food is good with a British theme.
Love going to the Londoner for their Scottish Eggs. Brings back memories of home. SO GOOD! There other food is great as well however it is NOT authentic! Most made with beef that should be with lamb as well as a lot of more American cuisine. We do love going there for the drinks, Scottish eggs and atmosphere. Even though it is not authentic it is GOOD!
We visited one night during the holidays and it was a nice pub. Plenty of seating around for people and well lit for a pub. They price the drinks like they are in an airport. If you go on TX Thursday and they say the drinks with Texas products are $2.00 off, don’t believe them. It was not. Drinks were ok. Bathroom was clean. Wanted to eat and no menu ever offered. Bartender let a guest poor own drink, so must be more of a locals place.
