This place has gone down hill. The first time we came we loved it. The first thing they did wrong was get rid of food. No one wants to pay 15-20$ for a meal for their 2-8 year old kid from a food truck. The service is horrible. You have to flag your server down or go inside to get them while they sit on their phone inside sitting down. It’s hot outside, you’re not serving food, the only job you have is to keep drinks full. You pay to hunt down a server and bus your own table. Besides the fact that we got yelled at for tossing a ball when there was literally no one there. Every single time we have came here kids are throwing a football, what’s the point of a mostly outside venue?? Then the drinks for kids “shark drinks” that were never $6 are now more than a beer. Insane. Safe to say we will be making the drive to Standard Service from here on out. Jillian sits and gossips with her daughter or whoever they are very obviously. Last time we will be giving our service and clearly it’s been the last time for others because we used to not be able to find parking now no one is ever there.

I felt this way about two visits ago, but we really enjoyed our first couple visits here and kept giving it a shot. It is a fact it’s a job to come to your establishment. Facility is well maintained and very nice. Kids love to run around and play while parents enjoy their time watching games. There is indoor with ac and outdoor in the sun or under the trees or pavilion. Bar is very nice. Jillian was exceptional. Food service from food coaches was slow but they were the only one there with lunch type food. Food was good. Took a while to get it but worth it. We will be returning next weekend for a birthday event. Very impressed.

Management is a band of idiots. Tried to attend the Margarita Festival here. Little to no information online. Very very little parking for a large event. I am disabled and they had zero accommodations for me. Staff was uneducated and overwhelmed based on cars and traffic. It was a total $hit show. We spent 30 minutes in a car line (we paid for early VIP access) to be turned away and told to park offsite and shuttle in. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not have the capacity or wherewithal to run an event of any size here. Event was oversold. VIP was oversold. If you have an event you have a responsibility to all patrons whether you host the event or own the event venue. The latter is lost on The Northside ownership based on their response. Pass the buck as usual.

Scott and Jillian are awesome!!! After my graduation party venue was cancelled less than a week from another location, they were great in assisting and helping me with making arrangements; the process was seamless! Day of the party, the bartenders were phenomenal and attentive!! Everyone felt welcomed, food was great and amazing atmosphere! Thank you ALL for making my event memorable!!

We came to this place thinking it was a "kid" friendly place. Yes there were a lot of kids running around but nothing for them to do but throw rock and play in the puddles from the rain. The food was okay at best, the burger I had was tough and bun just fell apart. The rest of the food was just covered in cheese like that was just 50% of the dish . The service was great so hats off to the staff. Will return if the food truck are better but not for the in-house food.

Our first time here. The parking was full but they shuttle us from behind Marcos Pizza down the road. No issues there. The lawn area was great. We had reserved a table for our boys birthday. And no problem there either. Our server, Coy I think was his name, was awesome. Service was a tad bit slow but it's to be expected considering the layout and it was close to full. We didn't mine since we wanted to watch the Mavs playoff game. They have a huge screen on a stag outside that was nice. Just wish they had the sound on but I'm sure not everyone wanted to hear the game. They may have had music playing. I don't remember since we were having a good time chatting with family. There were a lot of kids running around. Some were a little rowdy but I saw staff asking them to calm down and they did. It was fine. It's an outdoor situation, it can be expected. Now the food. Nachos Burger,pulled pork sandwich, Mac and cheese. Everything was amazing! Kids said it was the best Mac and cheese they've ever had. Those are big words from them. The margaritas were really good as well. They also had a food truck serving chicken sliders. Also amazing. Overall a great place, good night and look forward to going back.
Parking: If you don't get there early the parking lot will fill up quickly. They shuttle you from Marcos Pizza down the street. In a really nice Infinity SUV. It was quick and easy and the driver was super friendly. Don't let the parking deter you.

We had a celebration for my daughter at the Northside. Originally we planned for it to be outside but because of rain we had to move indoors. The staff was very accommodating and did everything they could to make sure we were happy and our guests were taken care of. I would highly recommend this place for any celebration or party!

It's so sad, this place looked so cute! Advertised a really fun sounding eclipse watch event starting at 10am. We waited in the parking lot for about 45 minutes, there was not a single person prepping for the event, finally about 10:45 we left and found a great event at Siren Rock Brewery.Owner response accused me of trying to smear their facility...not my intention at all. The posting about the time, 10am of the event was from the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce website. We really wanted to go there, but as stated no one getting things going, only 1 closed food truck, no band setting up, we called 3 times but no way to speak to someone or leave a message to see if event was still scheduled or if time was correct. Just a suggestion...maybe some sineage at the gate confirming the correct time and possibly someone there a bit before to greet people, and possibly a way to leave a message ot text questions. We were from out of town so don't know how your operation works...sorry we missed your fantastic event glad there was a crowd.

Food was ok. One of us didnt get the order, and one of us only got a portion of a meal. 45 mins passed and still noting.. As a 1st timer.. it is a cool place to hang n drink and maybe the trucks make it a better atmosphere when opened? But it was kinda killed with the long delay on the order that we finally told them to just cancel. Then they show up with the order and it was still made wrong.. lolSoo idk.. I'm giving overall 3 /10...

The food is decent at best. The wait staff killed it for us. Absolutely disorganized 2/2 times we’ve tried to eat here. Today, they switched our server 3 times, lost our tab, said they would charge us for what they had and let us go due to the issues. Then half of our party left and we went to leave and one of the other waitresses ran up and had us pay for EVERYTHING ELSE for a large party before we could leave, despite the other wiping out tab about 30 minutes earlier due to poor service. Wouldn’t come back to this place if someone paid me to eat here and we have two small businesses we would have liked to bring here for lunch or dinner. Highly unsatisfied and honestly a bit put off by how this was handled. We ate about maybe $40 worth and ended up having to pay $150 before we left due to their incompetence.Edit* We just learned from the other half of our party that one of them was throwing up on the way home afterwards, so safe to say that will seal the deal for us- we won’t be back.Edit2* As you can see, someone reached out to me. Must have been just to look better in public, because I emailed back yesterday morning and haven’t heard a peep back.
