Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

Collin is the best. Great customer service!

I placed an order for delivery in mesquite and the system changed it to the same address but in terrell. I call what I thought was this location but it was actually the customer service line and the way both ladies handled the issue is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 1. They fixed the issue at no inconvenience to me and tried to intercept the order before it went out.
Now to the negative....why in the hell does tiffs treats use uber eats yet has no way to contact the driver. I don't use 3rd party delivery services however if you're going to do it at least have a way of contacting the driver. I live in Royse City and drove to terrell to see if I could meet the driver but there wasn't a way for the ladies to communicate that with the driver. Other than that, like I said, the 2 customer service ladies I talked to (1st one tried to stop the delivery and the 2nd one I called to tell her the address doesn't exist) both did their very best at trying to resolve the issue and I really appreciate that.

Edit: I'm changing my star rating because what service corporate uses for delivery isn't the location's fault. Everyone's customer service has been great.

Tiff’s treats is my favorite cookie heaven. I’ve done online order for pickup in store and curbside delivery. Every time has been a pleasant experience so far!

It was my first time at this location but it did not disappoint. The cookies were fresh and hot.

Me and my friend got the snickerdoodle cookie and immediately got hit with a chemical smell and taste, we both got sick afterwards. So not worth it if that's how the cookies are made

Don't order tiff's treats cookies delivery from Seagoville not a religion tiff's treats cookies store this is my second time order out of Forney and the cookies not fresh they harder not that warm like they should.i will not be placing a order in forney again.

I wanted to do something special for my daughters co-workers. The person I'm sorry I for forgetting his name. I was there at 4pm yesterday 4/10. He made everything look special and everyone was so thankful.

Great experience! I came in scrambling for cookies and even though the store was fully stocked Collin offered to bake some fresh ones and pointed me to an online deal to save $$. The cookies were delicious! I’ll be back. :)

Just came by late for a warm cookie craving. We were helped by Collin and was so kind enough to just make us a freshly baked cookies of our choosing. Love living close and being able to get this amazing service so close to closing time!

We stopped by for a quick cookies and milk and Heidi was awesome. So nice and give great suggestions. Sugar and chocolate chip cookies were perfect, especially warmed up. It was national kindness day and she gave us a box of cookies to give out. I will come back with the family for sure.
