We stopped by for a quick cookies and milk and Heidi was awesome. So nice and give great suggestions. Sugar and chocolate chip cookies were perfect, especially warmed up. It was national kindness day and she gave us a box of cookies to give out. I will come back with the family for sure.

I walked into Tiff's Treats tonight to get a couple cookies after dinner, they were open till 10:00 p.m. I tried their pecan chocolate chip cookie with their lemon sugar cookie. The chocolate chip cookie with pecans was exactly what you would want it to be. The lemon sugar cookie was so good and exceeded my expectations that I actually wanted another after I left. The inside atmosphere was very clean, contemporary and very white. Something that would please someone very much interested in HGTV contemporary designs. I had a friend deliver me a box of these cookies for my birthday earlier in the year so I was aware that their cookies were good. Out of their standard box I would have to say that the oatmeal raisin cookies stood out the best and then after that maybe the snickerdoodle. But that lemon sugar cookie blew them both out of the water, it was so good. Yum yum.

We ordered a to go pack and grabbed a few more while in the store. Gentleman that helped us was so friendly, professional, and helpful! It’s good to see there are still young guys that are raised right!

Horrible customer service. Guy over the phone was rude.

Horrible customer service ordered on Uber eats and the guy on the phone was super rude. Wouldn’t help out. I put the correct address and their delivery driver input the wrong address on their side. When I told the driver that. The driver said who is going to pay me to go to your place. I have proof as well. Horrible customer service and team. Had to get Uber eats for a refund. Unfriendly and unprofessional

Fast service, friendly staff, and good cookies. I recommend placing an order ahead of time so you don’t have to wait if you want warm fresh baked ones. We got some cookies out of the cabinet that were still fresh but cooked earlier. Cutely packaged in a box and sturdy little bag.

Parking: This busy little Harbor area is jam packed with people. We couldn’t even find parking. My husband literally drove loops in the parking lot while me and my son went in for cookies to go. Glad the service was fast. This was also at 8:39pm on a Sunday night.

Had a delivery sent my wife today for Valentines. The cookies were received hard. These were old cookies that they delivered on a special day! My wife is a Tiff Treats fan and was disappointed. I know this was a busy day but this is not how you conduct business. I did call back and let them know and was set up for a another delivery for her. There was no apology. 3 stars= bad product, no apology, delivery has to be made the next day due to todays volume. .

The cookies here are delicious but at $1.75 a pop I would not make a habit of coming here for the sake of my wallet. They have lots of varieties that do not fail to disappoint.

They delivered a token of appreciation/holiday gift ? to my dentist and his staff, they found the office which is a bit secluded from the main streets. I emailed to confirm and they gave me detailed delivery information and it was the smoothest process from start to finish.
