Had a delivery sent my wife today for Valentines. The cookies were received hard. These were old cookies that they delivered on a special day! My wife is a Tiff Treats fan and was disappointed. I know this was a busy day but this is not how you conduct business. I did call back and let them know and was set up for a another delivery for her. There was no apology. 3 stars= bad product, no apology, delivery has to be made the next day due to todays volume. .

The cookies here are delicious but at $1.75 a pop I would not make a habit of coming here for the sake of my wallet. They have lots of varieties that do not fail to disappoint.

They delivered a token of appreciation/holiday gift ? to my dentist and his staff, they found the office which is a bit secluded from the main streets. I emailed to confirm and they gave me detailed delivery information and it was the smoothest process from start to finish.

We stopped by Tiffs’s when we were going to the Harbor. It was a nice treat. They have lots of flavor from brownies to cookies. Didn’t see any vegetarian options or so.The store is clean and shiny. Not a single crumb anywhere. I like how the staff were helpful and explaining different flavors. I thought the cookie brownies were too sweet. The size was humungous too. Sweet and big doesn’t go together. It makes the brain and tastebud go numb. I think 3 people can have the cookie brownie. The size of the cookie was ok. But since it was so sweet I split it in half.I like the location of the store. It is next to the parking area on the way to the harbor. So you can pack and eat near there.Special need friends can walk or ride to the store and can easy move around in the store. There enough seating inside but on a good day I will sit by the lake.Dietary restrictions: The store has a warning sign of nuts and milk being used if anyone is allergic to those. You can still ask the staff before making any purchase.Parking: Parking was not easily available. We had to go around till we found a spot. The walk to the store was good. I wonder how it would be on a hot sunny day.Kid-friendliness: Yes it is a friendly place for kids. Cookies and brownies is the place for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheel chair access. Inside it is spacious to move and go to the restroom.

I got 3 cupcakes from the Rockwall Tx. location $6.50 each that were all dry crumbly/cornbread texture and tasted like the fridge? this week. The dozen cookies were amazing but I couldn’t believe they sold old cupcakes to me. I’m glad I didn’t gift them to anyone. I would have been mortified. My 3 children (8,14,15) took one bite and headed to the trash can. I asked to taste the cupcake and my 8 year old gave me a bite and I threw it in the trash ?…I should have taken their word for it. The drive home is only 3to 4 minutes away… so they were old before purchasing … order number 23707122 4/18/23 $19.50 for 3 cupcakes and $21.00 for the dozen cookies… I never make complaints but these were awful… ruined their special treat after I picked them up from school.
