honestly would come back, but if i see this guy working i won’t come in. i tried to smile and be positive ans polite and this man showed absolutely no emotion. gave a “idgaf what do u want” vibe. he is not an asset at all. this is my second time going in when he is working. he’s got longer dark hair. i’ve watched him serve a couple of people and he gave the same emotion, 4 customers walked out before they ordered bc he was just blank. he doesn’t care ab his job at all.other than that the vibe is cool and the deserts are great. saw nothing wrong with anything but the guy.

Traveled to come here just for the dairy free ice cream on 3/15 at 8pm and the lady up was cleaning up and said shes closed. My mom came 10m later trying to find me and the lady was waiting behind the counter and said it was closed at this time. So disappointing.

$22.71 (flat rate) for three baby-sized cups of soft-serve is insane. I could have bought 6 cookies from Crumbl for that. They had four flavors which only two were non-dairy and were sorbets (and that's from what the employee told another customer). We ate at Gloria's around the corner and paid ~$45 and that includes my salad with fresh caught salmon on it; and Gloria's has a view of the water. *The only reason this isn't one star is because the boy who was working was really nice and professional. If this business would put more value into their establishment to justify the high prices it could offset the disappointment. Maybe like free cups of chilled water instead of pedaling $3 water bottles. Perhaps some better seating and better artwork to look at (I think the owner had himself painted on the wall along with a Pinocchio character meshed with the Man in the Yellow Hat from Curious George). **They're also trying to sell you on their coffee which I'm sure the owner has a financial interest in as well. Cash grab.

Online it shows fridays this establishment closes at 10. We drove from 20 minutes away and arrived at 8:58 pm on a Friday night to find a worker locking the doors. The door confirms Friday hours are 10 pm. Do not recommend. 01/12/2024.

The frozen yogurt was the best I’ve ever had! I tried out almost all the flavors and each one was better than the last and that’s not even mentioning the wonderful lady at the front Avery! She was an absolute joy and really pretty too. I would definitely recommend trying this place

Twisty Treats is a small business that sells amazing soft serve products! They have great customer service and a cute space with a disco ball and cold irl mural wall. Definitely come here to support your local small business and to have a twisted treat off the lake!

Lady wasn't friendly. Yogurt was ok. Not really tasty. Both chocolate and strawberry tasted like it was made with nesquick powder. Would we go back? Doubtful. $16.00 for two cups is a lot.

If you’re gluten and/or dairy free, this place has great soft serve frozen yogurt! Small business, good customer service and overall great space. Would totally recommend coming here when visiting The Harbor. (This place is also cheaper than ColdStone across the street!)

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews because I had an AMAZING experience, I went to try it out and I will say it did NOT disappoint. I was drawn in by the cool colors and atmosphere the shop has, but stayed for the costumer service and delicious gluten/dairy free frozen yogurt. It’s really hard to find GOOD dairy free/gluten free frozen treats, but twisty treats has it down!! The Shop was pristine and the employee, Avery was beyond helpful with assisting me. LOVE the customer service!! I got the Mexican vanilla flavor and it was sooo yummy! Do yourself a favor and stop by for a delicious frozen treat!!!
