Reservation was booked because of VDay, so we were able to sit at the bar. The venue is nice! Great date spot, My favorite was the bread pudding it was top tier, drinks wear good. Lobster ravioli was flavored. The rest was okay. I would like to come back and try on a none themed night.

Drinks are so beautifully displayed and so perfectly balanced, and the food is delicious and so satisfying. Everyone is always so welcoming here, and so kind. The worst possible experience ever!!! I have been here a couple of times prior. Until I met the manager and he was so extremely rude. As the hostess started leading us to the patio, I told her I had made a reservation and requested a booth. The restaurant was completely dead and it was 3:45. I had made the reservation for 4:30 (and requested indoor seating) Granted, it was Valentines Day however, it was so early that they could have accommodated us without the pompous attitude! The manager (who was trying to flex with his cowboy hat and ridiculous belt buckle)came over boasting about the $40,000 he spent on the outdoor patio and said that if we sat inside for too long that he would kick us out??? First of all, I don’t care how much you spent on your restaurant. Why do you feel the need to tell us that? Gross! The manager was a jerk and condescending. I hope this place closes down!!! It’s a horrible location and has changed names 4 times in the 18 years I have been here. We came and had Valentine’s Day at Casa Mama! We will never be back to Wades!
My fiancé and I visited today on Valentine’s Day while we were in the area touring a nearby wedding venue. We’re not super familiar with Rockwall, but wow — we are SO glad we stopped here.
The drinks were incredible. I had the Mexican Candy Margarita (sweet, spicy, watermelon cocktail), and my fiancé had the Irish Coffee, which was warm, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The food was even better — I ordered the double smash burger with truffle fries (SO GOOD), and my fiancé had the chicken & waffles, which he loved just as much.
The service was truly 10/10. Our server, Kaitlyn, was an absolute gem — so sweet, attentive, and upbeat, especially considering she was working a double on Valentine’s Day. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, Scuba, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. And even though we didn’t use valet, the valet still walked us to our car with an umbrella in the rain — such a thoughtful touch.
We seriously cannot stop raving about this place. Our only complaint is that we wish we lived closer! We’ll absolutely be back anytime we’re in the area.
