The overall experience of my lunch visit was okay. I was expecting more of a sit-down restaurant experience, which this is not. You place your order in the center of the building, which is a little awkward as you walk through people eating to get to the person taking orders. The food was pretty good. Mushroom Swiss burger was good and the loaded fries were really good.
The reason for 4 stars… the location is just ok. A bit confusing for a first timer.
The worst part was they apparently raised their prices, but their digital board and printed menus have the old prices. You don’t find out until you are ordering that they went up. When asked the nice lady just said that the prices went up when the new system was installed. When...

I ordered the vegan burger, and it was pretty dern good! Loved the fries as well!! The peach cobbler & the keto cheesecake (not pic'd)... not so much. 😕

Also, my best friend didn't like her burger and requested it be swapped out with the BBQ burger. The regular burger just didn't have much flavor & was pretty bland. That being said, it was kind of a tussle to get that replacement, which I particularly didn't like how she handled...
