There is no reason one hour before closing burgers and fries are absolutely disgusting crusty trash. Needs to fire your night crew and replace them.

Drove thru for dinner because Braum’s was crowded. Lady handing me my order had zero customer service. They nearly forgot one of my drinks and a frosty. Get home to see they didn’t give me bbq sauce like I requested, and both chicken sandwiches were missing tomatoes (I never said I didn’t want tomatoes?) and my sandwich had mayo, which I requested to not have. The fries are cold and overall we’re just not feeling the love. Next time I’ll wait the extra 20 minutes at Braum’s because at least I know their food will be good and customer service will be better.

Call up the wendys cause half my orders missing when it gets here and the lady that answers the phone is so mad she's at work she instantly catches an attitude then hangs up on me cause it not her problem. I call back she arguing talking about how she's a grown woman she don't have to listen to nobody. Well guess I won't be going back and I'm gonna put a bad review everyday till their ratings are so bad Noone wants to go there
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free so I can get a hamburger Patti plain with no bun and don't charge for a whole burger.

Are dinner here with my husband because we got a few coupons in the mail. My husband got the spicy chicken combo and I got the single cheeseburger combo. He sized up to large and the drinks are very large. The soda fountain has many different flavors and varieties. The ketchup and napkins are serve yourself.

Actually the experience here at this Wendy’s was one of the best I’ve had so far and I believe it’s thanks to Yajaira who went above and beyond with myself and with every customer I saw her interact with. I went up to her before I left and told her she was doing such a great job. If she isn’t a lead or manager then she definitely deserves to be along with a raise.

Ordered in the drive thru at 10pm on a Friday. Got the spicy saucy nuggets and when I tried my food the nuggets were cold. When the order was handed to me it seemed like the crew members were laughing amongst each other regarding the order. Don’t think I will visit this location in the future. Started to return the food for fresh nuggets but I will not give someone the opportunity to do more to food
