Easily one of the slowest whataburgers I’ve ever been to. Nobody in line at drive thru at 10pm and still took damn near 30 mins to get my food. Also, they had no onion rings and instead of offering a refund they offered large fries…. How about just have what your menu says available…. Also one meal and fries shouldnt take so long….

Went through the drive thru tried to give cash was told they didn't have change so I needed either exact change or card. After paying with card lady closed the window and didn't even offer a receipt.

A drive through is supposed to be a quick and easy way to get food and get back on the road especially in the morning when everyone is on the way to work. Yesterday I sat for 30 minutes after ordering in rockwalls drive thru. I could understand if there were lots of cars ahead of me, but there were only 2 and the one directly in front just ordered as I saw him do. After setting for 30 minutes behind one car I was already late for work and pulled around the second car when the first finally left. Do these people at whataburger not think that after 15 minutes that they could have had the car pull forward to let everyone else go? GEEZ I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE BEFORE AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

I work really close to this location and everytime I go in there I have a terrible experience. I went today and there was five people working and three where just standing around. I stood there for about 5 minutes and no one helped me so I walked out.

Food and customer service at the counter when ordering food/receiving tray service was FANTASTIC but I was in the bathroom (had one stall and a sink for people to come in and wash, if not using the stall) and while I was in the stall a worker called “IS ANYONE IN HERE!?” I walked out of the stall and a worker was just standing there in the bathroom with me watching me wash my hands. Before I finished washing, she had the door open waiting for me to leave. I thought they might be rushing me for them to close bathroom to clean but she then shut the door and locked it, keeping my mother from coming in just to wash her hands.

Some time had passed and she tried the door again (still locked) so she asked the worker at the counter and she bluntly said “it’s because it is a one stall bathroom so it’s only a one person bathroom….That makes no sense. People can’t wash while other people use the stall and people can’t just wait inside for the stall to be open??

If it’s a one person bathroom, there wouldnt be a stall….Made my mother and feel like we did something wrong eventhough common sense would tell you that because there is a stall, that others can come in to use the sink instead of locking them out for extra privacy? The stall already gives adequate privacy.

There were three employees who ended up doing the same thing, while customers just left it open (like how you would normally do). I feel like they might be doing this, when they are not supposed to. Not fair for customers who just want to wash their hands, or not have to wait outside to use the stall.

I ordered a simple meal at lunch 12:00 immediately they sent me to the B lane with no one behind me one truck in front of me that pulled in when I did. first they bring my drink and it's covered in tea like a big bowl of it on the top and the side ran all the way down. they just handed to me like it's no big deal. dripping across my lap. it took four of my paper towels to soak out that tea that was on the top of that lid. Then I waited for 14 minutes for one chicken sandwich and fries and the fries were cold when I got the bag. I then check the chicken sandwich and the chicken is cold. why was I pushed and waiting in the B line for so long for cold food? I've given this place a couple of chances. I tried not to complain about it the last two times it was terrible. sloppy food. attitude from the people working there. takes them forever to do anything and it's always cold and crappy. I will never go back to this Whataburger again. maybe not any of them. I'm tired of paying so much money, and waiting so long for a bunch of trash food. I know it's fast food but at least it can be hot. especially when it's not so fast... get your crap in order Whataburger in Rockwall off 205 next to qt! someone needs to fire the manager or shut it down cuz the owner doesn't know how to have a restaurant and run it properly. 100%done with this place. I would recommend this to people I don't like. that way they waste their time, money, and get crap food at the same time.

The large heffa with the nose ring is an absolute disgrace. Terrible attitude, pointed out two items missing and she hated being called out, no apology for either the long wait or the missing items. She has no business holding a customer facing job, and wouldn’t get a job mowing my lawn. The place is disgusting too, food all over the dining area floor. Wasn’t easy standing up on the greasy tile floor…Calling the Rockwall health dept tomorrow, just in case someone gets food poisoning and dies

Love Whataburger but this location has serious drive thru wait times at night (visited around 10pm) there's been at least 3 occasions I visited past 10pm and the wait is at least 20 min on the drive-thru from order to food pickup and even longer if there are cars ahead waiting to order or pickup food.
Call of action to Management/ownership team: please conduct an assessment to resolve this wait issue; fast food should not take this long

Ordered online, and hubby walked over to pick order up from the truckstop. Burger was dry, no extra pickles like i had ordered. He had chicken tenders..They were ok but NONE of the sauces or gravy were in the bag, even though they're clearly marked on the receipt. Really disappointed, and we weren't able to come back. Hubby said inside was chaotic, and some off shift worker was inside talking to those on shift and distracting them.
