It's the same all the time in this place, they never give you the order as you pay for it, and when I called the woman got angry, and said that you're just missing something... so why do they deliver the orders wrong if they don't want you to call them...I do not recommend this

I have been in that location several times and never had an issue. Today, I ordered a 24-pc family pack. The lemon pepper wigs smelled very weird, we were able to eat just the original hot.

This is the BEST WingStop! I can't go to any other WingStop. They don't care about their food and service. Particularly Royse City. But we will be driving to Rockwall to get our fix! Thanking the manager I spoke with regarding the refund policy at the Rockwall location.
This is the worst wingstop I’ve ever had in my life. The fries were all hard and brown no seasoning at all to them. The chicken ( I got the Louisiana rub) incredibly deep fried to the point there was more crust than meat. It was insanely dry and incredibly hard from over frying. Absolutely awful

I just got some boneless wings a sandwich and some fries and......... never again. The wings had too much sauce the fries had to much salt and lastly, I tried to eat the burger and while I was trying to bite into it I was squirted with almost a mouthful of grease. The only good about the meal was the drink.

2 times in 3 days, that’s how perfect this Wingstop is with preparing my food. Today I went to the GREENVILLE, TX location and that location refused to cook my wings to my liking. The GM, at least she stated she was the GM NOHEMI was the most rudest GM I have ever came across! My husband drove me all the way to ROCKWALL for me to get my wings, yes i by passed Royse city to come back to Rockwall. I’m a multi business owner and I believe in giving good businesses my repeated business. Great work Wingstop Rockwall, keep being GREAT!!!!

It’s time to finally write a review. After the third time our order was not correct. First two times, called the manager and he said he was sorry and would make it right. Order cooked wrong, missing items, that were ordered and paid for and last straw our wings were under cooked. We use to really like this restaurant. And used every weekend during football season. No more, we are done. Just a little further, Wingstop in Royce City is much better. This is where we are going from now on.
