Ezekiel made the experience with my Mom so memorable.. even after the lights blacked out. It was a special evening and lovely atmosphere! He made everything better.. he even switched our ciabatta bread for warm garlic pita when we told him our preferences.

We'd go here a lot more but the lack of a proper hostess and seating system is pretty annoying. You have to track down a hostess because there's not a station at the door. We've been multiple times and they seem to avoid you, so you have to be aggressive and track someone down to put you on a list. There's always people at the bar holding empty seats and blocking off areas. We saw two different parties holding seats at the bar for over 55 minutes. We ate and left and they were still holding empty seats and not letting people sit down. We have tried to get a pizza to-go sometimes since we can walk from the house, but even that is difficult due to the crazy hostess situation.

As usual, our experience never disappoints! Amazing GF food! I had GF Blue Crab Dip, GF Mighty Quinn Pizza, and flourless chocolate cake. Everyone else had the Bruschetta plate, and three little pig pizza. Our drinks were superb! I had the Cosmo and hubby had a Long Island Tea.

What a fabulous evening we had at Zanata. The restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday night and we were told there would be an hour wait, However, by the time we bought drinks at the bar and had settled down to wait, our table was ready. What a nice surprise. The service was excellent and the food came quickly despite how busy the restaurant was. We ordered the salmon, the grits with shrimp, and a pizza and everything was delicious and very well prepared. The noise level is high, especially when the place is busy, but once we were seated, we could hear each other. I would certainly go back.

We walked in and there was no one to seat us. We stood there awkwardly for quite a while until someone showed up. I had recommended this place due to the high rating. How embarrassing. The meatball sandwich was open-faced, it was sliced (which I’ve never seen in a meatball sandwich), and the sauce was too sweet. The biggest letdown was the bananas foster dessert. The only good thing about it was the gelato on top. There was only a hint of the sauce, with bananas on top of the sauce, not cooked in the sauce. But the round something that it sat on was severely burned on top, bottom, and all the way around.

My husband and I went here for the first time for his birthday. We had a great time. The food and customer service was great. Our waitress Hannah V had great recommendations. The bartender Conner let us try a sample of the Kinsen Plum Wine, because I didn't want to order something that we may not have like. Thanks Conner, because the wine was great! We enjoyed the restaurant, the service, the food, and the bartender so much, we took some friends there the next day. Thanks for a great experience!

Upscale menu but extremely reasonable pricing overall. Dinner for two was about the same as going to some chain restaurant and far surpassed that option. Had the pork chop with lobster risotto. Chop was tender and flavorful and risotto took the prize.
