The cashier that served me Servando he’s overly serving and a good employee here but my food came out too fast not even a minute? I had a coupon for the meal. I don’t know for how long they were sitting there for and why the employees gave me old and nasty and dry food?? What is that? I want my money back.

I have experience very rude and unprofessional cashiers in the past few months at this locale. The occurrences are consistent and mostly from the younger employees, as it seems the managers have done a terrible job teaching them about professionalism As I spoke to the so called manager, she was incredibly clueless and gave a sinister smirk as we address the issue. They get the orders wrong, or if you complain they take almost 30 minutes to take your food out to the waiting area. A piece of advice ---If you order food with multiple ice cream selections, you give the customer all the order at the same. Instead, you give them the ice cream first and then wait almost 30 minutes for the food order to be deliver. As a consequence, you have a lot of ice cream melting as it reaches its destination. SMH This place needs to training in customer service and communication skills. I do not recommend this locale --- drive to the neighboring locale as they are better in treating their customers. Cashier with initials NM. was particularly the most disrespectful, rude and overall unprofessional.
