They always mess up the orders and the coffee tastes like water. Then they had me waiting in curbside for 25min and marked my order as delivered... when I went through the drive through they gave me my drinks all watered down and a small instead of a medium..

My husband. Was eating a burger and when he was chewing he took out a piece of paper from the straw from the inside of his mouth and then he got another piece of piece of shriveled paper in the fries as well. It doesn't deserve a star

I was ordering food with my dad at this location . I was speaking English at first bcz I thought she didn’t speak English, but I have told my dad saying “hey dad how do you say this in Spanish “my first order “ . I didn’t get her name but she responded with “oh I speak English “ with a whole attitude… and I was litteraly being nice speaking to her . They need genuine workers . She was still being unprofessional and to the other customers . She had big eyes , she was short , that’s all I can say . This happened July 5,2025 ! I was very disappointed.

They forgot my sauces the easy thing and literally had no ice ain’t it your job to restock it?
We ordered a box of fries and 2 cream cheese pies in addition to burgers and nuggets, they forgot to give us the fries and 1 apple pie and one cream cheese pie. The boxes are completely different how can they not see that.

Worst service, whoever the girl in the first window taking orders January 4, 2025 needs to be taught how to give good service. I ordered my food at 11:08 and we waited a whole hour before getting the food just so that the girl in the first window can be rude when she took us the food. Honestly she shouldn’t even work there I don’t go to McDonald’s and decided to go for what reason if they were the worst employees telling me “ yo no hablo inglés” that’s not my fault 5 vehicles returned in line because their orders where wrong!!! How is this tolerable whoever the girl was in the first window should be fired!!!

When someone orders food and expects it to be a certain way, do not be disrespectful to your customer when they have to come back and get the order fixed it is not our fault. You decided not to read the receipt before making the order so It is absolutely unacceptable for you to start talking crap in front of me or anyone when I have to complain about an order. I have gone on several occasions And have asked for sandwiches without mustard because I am highly allergic and on numerous occasions it has mustard and I have to go back over and over and over again on top of that there are times when I specifically asked for extra ketchup or extra pickles. I remind them and they always forget to do it just because it takes extra time out of your day to correct an order does not mean you have to be nasty to the customer! Not only do they mess up orders constantly I always go and have to ask for fresh bread and fresh fries because every time I get them and I don’t ask for that they are Cold and hard I have gone on two different occasions and ordered a big Mac and had to come back and have them replace it because the bread is so hard. I can’t physically eat it. I am so tired of having to get my orders fixed every single time I love McDonald’s and in the old town that I had been in before they always managed to get everything right But this McDonald’s in Roma, Texas has not only endangered me by putting mustard on sandwiches when I specifically tell them I am Highly allergic, but they have the audacity to be disrespectful when I ask for the order to be Fixed I am appalled by the amount of times I’ve had people rolled their eyes or speak in very sarcastic manners I am so tired of the constant bad service. Can someone with the higher-ups please fix the management or teach the employees to keep their thoughts to themselves and for God sake when someone says they have an allergy listen because honestly if I didn’t make the effort to check my sandwiches before I ate them. You would be having a serious lawsuit on your hand for causing me to go to the hospital because of you not listening to my allergies.
