I have to say this is one of the best places to go. being I got married 3/13/2020 saying I do as every thing was shutting down we were forced to cancel our honeymoon! I stubbled across this place while looking for something nice and relaxing with our breaking the bank for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. we come every year since then! recommend 10 out of 10!!!

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. Upon arrival we had help by Caitlyn the desk clerk getting in the gate. The first night I notice a leak that was pouring out past the icebox in cabin the maintenance man came and fixed it right away. they refunded me $100 which I wasn't expecting!! Caitlyn and Lili helped us with so much info we needed and was just the sweetest gals!! We had so much fun !! I can't wait to go again !!

We have been coming here for years with our family so we decided this would be a great time during our baseball tournament in Livingston to make a family trip out of it. We booked for 3 nights 4 days and our first night there about a hour into being there we started smelling a foul smell it started burning my eyes and made another house guest nauseated so we called maintenance it was after hours and a guy came and looked it ended up being the hot water heater was burning up, the flame was out and we were smelling fumes so he told us our option would be to load everyone up and drive to the pool showers if we wanted a hot bath but other then that we have no hott water , so we check in with the front office the next day and they didn't receive anything from the maintenance man that we were having issues so the lady said she would have another guy come out so he comes out says what we already know and the office was like well you can use another cabin to just shower , couldn't use a cabin close to us because the guy said one was dirty from previous people and the other had 1 shower which we would have been fine with either of those , but their only help was to say you can go to this cabin on the other side of the property which would be fine If it were just 2 people but it was 4 adults and 4 kids we would have to load up all our bath crap and kids and haul over there after we got in at 10 pm after baseball and then load up all the stuff and kids we were very disappointed in that they said it would be fixed sunday so we go back to the office the next day and a guy is closing up and asks if we needed anything and we said yes we were just checking on the water since they told us it was gonna be fixed and he says oh no that won't be fixed till Tuesday and we were like well we have been taking cold showers all weekend so far and he was like ok and? So that pissed us off too I'm just very disappointed how this all was handled I paid $1200 for this cabin for the weekend and had people sick off fumes and cold showers , at this point I doubt we will be returning anymore could have at least discounted our stay and make it right ill be talking to my credit card company as well .
