I dont know who needs to hear this, but Philip working the counter at 650pm on 9/6/25 needs a raise. There are VERY few times I've walked into a fast food joint and the employee seems genuinely happy to be there and serve. He was awesome and makes me want to come back!

Have not eaten at an Arby's in quite some time. This one is in Rosenburg off of Hwy 59 and it was excellent. The food was hot and fresh and the staff was excellent!! Would definitely eat here again

I only ever go through the drive thru and they always take forever to get my food out. And I’m the only one in line. It seems they might be understaffed or undertrained… I usually just get a snack like mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers.. I normally have no complaints about the quality of food, but this time I was surprised to bite into a popper and not find cream cheese at all, but some type of powder substance. Idk what that was but it’s NOT cheese. Hopefully I don’t get sick and this doesn’t happen again.

I bought a turkey bacon ranch combo, and when I got home, I found hair on it. I called the store to report the issue and was asked about the color of the hair. I was informed that the cook wears a net, and they offered to make me a new one. However, I refused and decided that I will not be returning due to the unprofessional response I received.

Placed an order at 12:10. It’s 12:55 as I’m typing this and I have not received my correct order.
It took until 12:38 to be acknowledged and I was handed a bag of the coldest food you could imagine. I brought it back in and it was remade but the ham was thick and nothing like the thinly sliced “lunch meat” look as it’s advertised and I’ve personally had many times.
Now I’m waiting for the 3rd attempt. If your team doesn’t understand what is expected and the standards the company has, I would consider restaffing the store.

I will be surprise if this Arby’s survives, I believe the guy working there is stressed dealing with multitasking. Honestly he could be nicer to the customers who are waiting forever at the slightest little traffic that came in. How can this be managed??

Just wanted to say that the team here at my local Arby’s was amazing tonight. Philip met me at the counter with a big smile, answered all of my questions and Ben was in the dining room, he met me with a smile and stopped cleaning the floor and said, “I will wait until you get your food so the dust does not get in it”. Other local establishments…their employees would just kept sweeping around you while you ate… Not Ben. Please stop by the Arby’s at 28211 Southwest Freeway and meet a great team.
