It was Sunday, late afternoon. It was quiet and everything went quickly. Food was standard Arby's quality. Drive thru personnel was very courteous. No complaints.

Ordered the gobbler, was very disappointed. The turkey wasn't deep fried took straight out of package, no cheese at all ( Oops did you forget), onion rings were yesterday's cold n limp, and last but not least it was suppose to come with herb sauce, sandwich was bone dry. Won't be going back!

Got to the drive thru at 945pm. I waited about 2 minutes before driving to the window. The employees said they were closed. I told him that it says 10pm online and on the window and he said, but we cleaned everything up already. I drove off. I just wanted a drink ??♀️

Cashier didn’t even know how much correct change. Then received food, fries were hot and sandwiches were cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Crispy chicken’s texture was rubbery. Really disappointed. 08/19/2024
