Ive been coming to blazin for well over 4years now. This is my goto spot atleast once a week when crawfish season is in or when they do pop ups. I have only ONCE had a complaint because something was forgotten during a rush hour and when i brought it up Jay made sure to make it right the next visit.. Jay is amazing and he makes sure his staff is just as friendly as he is. The food is well priced, and they make sure to communicate why and how long if its taking a little longer than expected. Jay strives to give the best food and service possible in my opinion. Need your seafood or crawfish fix? Come check them out, I promise u won't be disappointed.

The crawfish was waaaay too citrusy. I ordered the foil pack and the potatoes were undercooked to the point where they were crunchy. We also got the wings and fries. The fries had been left in the grease so long they absorbed it. They also didn’t even have condiments so don’t think you’ll be able to dip your fries in ketchup. The sausage with the foil pack was overcooked. I definitely don’t recommend going.

It is 5:30 on a Friday evening, dinner time, and they tell me that they’re out of both noodles and rice. I order noodles off their website and they call me and tell me they were out of noodles. I said ok, can I have rice instead then, they’re like sure we can do that.
Instead of calling me back to tell me that they’re out of rice too, which is ridiculous, they wait till I get there, wash my hands and patiently wait to say “oh we out of rice too”
No. This rating will remain until the owner reaches out. That was ridiculous.
