10 Minutes just to grab an apple juice...
That was after 35minute wait for my take out order.

Aubree was attentive, friendly, and made our meal enjoyable. Everything was perfect, and her great attitude stood out. Will definitely be back

If I could give them a zero I would. This place is super unprofessional and does not reimburse for not giving you all your food! I live in this community this is highly unacceptable. This place should really go out of business with how bad service is. The workers are incompetent. Please do better or go elsewhere.

We been going here because we like the wings, the service in the past has not been that good, But tonight we had Brandon. He was an excellent waiter.... i wish every waiter was as good as he was! GO BRANDON!

It took almost 40 minutes for appetizers and a beer. Once I kindly reminded the waiter, we received them. As soon as my husband took a drink of the beer he had glass in his mouth and showed it to her. She walked by & had zero sense of urgency, just kept going about her business. Took 20 minutes for my Dr. Pepper, finished my wings and then my wedges appeared, forgot I had even ordered them. Spoke to management who said they'd take care of the glass incident, showed him the glass, took the beer and asked if we wanted another drink which we declined & that was the extent of "taking care of it". Worst customer service experience.

Ordered today for the BOGO bonesless Thursday and this is what I received. No ranch, no plasticware, no napkins. Just the box of cold wedge fries with 6 cold bonesless wings only.

Looks like they hire anyone, very unprofessional and care less people.

Most not good food

I place a online order for doordash from there app said it was going to be here at 1120 pm but then said 1120am this is not right I got kids that are hungry I get paid everyday now I got to wait for 3 days for a refund not right at all why make someone pay for there food on the app if you can't get it to them not right at all this is uncalled for at least say we got you next if you going to eat not say there's nothing I can do

Aldo was my server and I have to admit, I’ve never seen such amazing service from one worker. I think Aldo should be promoted and given the best raise possible. I made sure he was left a 200% tip because I LOVEEE Aldo’s service. I will definitely come back to this Buffalo Wild Wings JUST because of

Management needs to do something about the rude staff. Everytime we come here the waiters make it seem like we are taking time away from them. Specifically the young lady bartender. Short lady with curly hair. Always has an attitude Everytime we come here. Don't give them your business.
