IT WAS THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER HAD!!I had a waitress and her name was Rachel she was so respectful and kind she was also patient. She did a great job. The food was hot and fresh it was absolutely amazing!!!

The wait staff is awful, took 15 minutes before even asking a drink order. When we got our drinks we received dirty cups. mine had a lemon seed floating in it and no one at my table had a lemon. My boyfriends cup had sticky sauce around the top. We had to order online because no one was willing to take our order. mind you this was at 3pm when they weren't busy AT ALL. Our table was also dirty and as people left i didn't see them clean a single table aside from taking the food away. The entire staff was just standing around talking or drinking sodas. Overall a bad time with a disgusting establishment. i would give it 0 stars if i could.

Beautiful Heart

The wings were okay, not the best. But it was a last-minute decision after a late movie, being that everything was closed. We were seated by a family who allowed their kid to run all over the place. Not only that scream to the top of his lungs. I'm not sure if our waitress was new, but he didn't do so well. When we first got seated, I had to ask for the tables to be cleaned because they went. He literally had us waiting about ten minutes before he decided to take our order. Let me make something clear. During that hold time, he wasn't doing absolutely anything but standing there. The reviews speak for itself. Also, trash was al over the place, and the restrooms were filled!

While food was good, the waitress didn't give me my BOGO offer until I had to ask for it for the 3rd time. Anyway, it was enjoyable.

We’ve been coming to this location for a few years and seems the service is going down hill fast. It takes a good 15-20 mins before a server comes to your table and then another 45 minutes just to get your order. Meanwhile there’s about 5 or 6 staff members walking right past you. Our server we had today was very friendly and helpful and kept apologizing. I’d give our server 5 stars. Next time we will just drive down to Sugar Land location.

i’m a regional director of operations here in Houston and I oversee 355 locations so I know how hectic things can get but this last visit on 3/5 was absolutely the last straw for me. The back story is my 12 year old son and I have been visiting this Rosenberg location for 5 years now at minimum once per week and the service has never been what I would call good but we continued to come back because it’s the closest wing spot for us. The food is really hit or miss you can go in one day and the wings are fantastic go another day not so much. On 3/5 my son and I went in around 730 maybe 10 tables i. the entire restaurant. We were seated by a young lady who seemed to be bothered that she had to put her phone down and seat us but neither here nor there. We sat there for 15 minutes no one ever spoke to us wait staff walking all over the place not one made eye contact with us or asked if they could help us. Finally the girl who we had watch walk by us no kidding 10 times and fill the ice machines walks up and says what do you want to drink at which time I simply smiled at her and said you know what we don’t want anything to drink we’re just going to leave at which time she got a really bad attitude and stomped off to the hostess and was talking to her about us as we were leaving. I don’t want free food free drinks free anything I just want to be able to eat and spend my money somewhere that acts as if they want it. Upper management should be ashamed of themselves to allow this to continue for as long as it has. Service and attitude reflects leadership and these poor people have none. Needless to say I have spent my last dollar in BWW and it’s really sad to think about all the other patrons and potential patrons you have lost and will lose behind this subpar location.

Jenette has done my to go order with me twice and has a horrible attitude. She does not greet, smile, and seems if I am bothering her. I have to ask for napkins and wipes every time. She walks away after handing my food without see if everything is ok. The food is always cooked perfect but I wish the staff seem so what happy !

Food was fine. Service was horribly slow and inattentive. Never offered drink refills, never brought napkins, silverware or plates. Wing order came out mixed up (amount/flavors) but no one came by to check our order until food was almost gone.

I almost gave three star for the food but it would seem that all restaurants have dropped on food quality quite a bit these days. Fried pickles aren't what they used to be, a lot of breading, I'm not too sure about the dine-in service. I've only had a couple experiences dine-in, so I couldn't be really good judge on that yet but as far as takeout goes.... They forget things on your order, sometimes forget your whole order! There have been times I went there by the time that I was given to me on there website I get there and food hasn't even been started yet. So be sure to check your food.

Dirtiest buffalo wild wings I've been to. Tables left dirty including the one we sat at which we needed the server to wipe it down. Menus also has food and sauce stuck to them. Trash on floor while servers sat on benches upfront watching TV and at kiosk station talking and on phones.Overcooked wings and little sauce. I don't normally write reviews but felt it was needed.

I have no complaints when it comes to the food BUT the customer service is HORRIBLE.It was Super Bowl Sunday extremely packed and overwhelming which I get.I asked for a refund due to not wanting to wait an additional 30mins (I already waited an hour)No manager to help, which is fine again I know they’re all BUSY (all 4 managers on duty per the hostess)On my receipt the worker wrote “refund”.Today (2/13/24) I returned just to confirm my refund is in effect, manager on duty “it takes 5-7 business days”no acknowledgment that is was done no receipt to show proof. I just have to take their word?It’s a little unprofessional to not receive any kind of refund receipt or acknowledgment to assure your customer the refund is in progress.
