I visited this location during lunch and ordered the BBQ Whopper. Halfway through eating, I found something very strange inside the meat patty. I’ve attached pictures so you can see for yourself — it looks like a piece of cartilage or bone with tissue still attached.
This was very concerning and completely ruined my meal. Quality control like this should never happen, especially at a major chain. I couldn’t finish the burger, and honestly, I don’t think anyone would feel safe eating it after seeing this.
I hope the store and corporate team take this seriously, because food safety is extremely important. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t order this again.

We had a coupon and they wouldn’t accept it. The manager was rude and said “Sorry, I can’t do that for you. I’m way too busy for that right now.” 👎🏼 That’s not good customer service.
