My husband and I decided to dine in. We ordered the bacon melt meal along with a whopper jr. and other items. We were told that they were out of the buns for the melt which was fine so we asked if they could put it on a regular bun. When we got our food, the melt was the size of my whopper jr. I asked them if they could remake the burger. The person who took my order said, "that is the size they are." I told him that we have ordered this before and they are the size of a regular burger. He begins to argue with me. Even the manager started arguing with me. I told her that the other locations have a bigger portion. She then tells me that the other locations are serving the wrong size. I was so upset, I had them refund everything. I am no longer giving this location my business. They are crooks. I am not paying $9 for a burger the size of a hockey puck.

This Burger Kind at 23718 Commercial Driver in Rosenberg has a large parking lot. It's conveniently located by the entrance to Freeway 69. Service and food was very ordinary to other Burger King near my house. I really think there are rooms for improvement.
This location should not advertise 24hrs drive through if they're not going to really be open. I placed and online order only to get to the restaurant and they're not open. There were workers inside but they were not working. I call and one answered stating they're not open. I when online to request a refund now waiting 7 to 10 business days just for a refund. The service with the guy over the phone was horrible. He totally ignored my question about how to get a refund

I went to this place to order food, the workers and manager was playing around and laughing together and wasn’t worried about my food being prepared! Additionally, I paid for a Whopper meal, and was given a kids meal! The workers here are acting like they’re at a playground or a family gathering, not worried about their customers. I will be filing a complaint against this place!
