⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Chili’s in Rosenberg. The food was delicious, service was fast and friendly, and everything came out just right. Definitely a great spot to enjoy a meal. Will be back again!

I ordered the triple fajitas but got the chicken fajitas. I didn't say anything because I did not feel like waiting for my order to be corrected. They only charged me for the chicken fajitas so no big deal. I guess tge waitress was not paying very good attention

Came in this afternoon and our server Angie was great! Very sweet and attentive to us. However, the young lady who dropped off our food with the red hair was very rude and dismissive. When she brought us our food, she practically threw it on the table and had an unpleasant attitude. We tried to ask her refills on our drinks and she visibly rolled her eyes and never brought them to us! We didn’t let her behavior stop us from having a good time though, and always come in and never have issues. Will be back soon! Hopefully we don’t get her again 😂

We attempted to visit the Chili’s in Rosenberg, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When we walked in, there was no hostess at the front, so we went to the bar area to sit. The table we chose was dirty, so we asked a worker if someone could clean it.
Instead of helping, the manager came out and told us we were not allowed to seat ourselves and needed a hostess. I explained that no one was at the front when we arrived, but he accused us of lying and asked us to get up and wait to be seated. We did as he asked and waited at the front, but after about five minutes, still no hostess appeared.
At that point, we decided to leave and went to Buffalo Wild Wings, where we received much better service. If you want rude service and poor management, Chili’s is the place to go. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, avoid this location.

Very mid experience. Our server wasn’t attentive at all, she was never the one to deliver our appetizers or food and never came to check on us after we received them either. We got the sauced mozzarella as an app and we ate all of it without receiving plates so it was very messy and uncomfortable, but no one ever appeared to ask if it was good or if we needed anything. Same for our meals. My son drank all his apple juice box and no one stopped by to give me the opportunity to ask for another one, she didn’t come check on us until way later and at that point I just gave him some of my soda. We wanted dessert, but at that point we just paid on the kiosk and left. I understand it’s just a Chili’s and servers are probably inexperienced but also that’s money you are missing out on. We left 12% tip when it could’ve been double that because I’m a great tipper if I received atleast decent service and this visit lacked a lot. However, she did notice when my drink got low and refilled it. Probably the one and only time she was attentive. My friend had to ask the guy who brought our meals for another water so it wasn’t really consistent.
The food was decent tho. Most of the booths have nooo privacy at all it’s giving cheap diner. Manager was around but didn’t come to our table specifically until after we were done, but did get us our to go boxes and containers and had a good vibe.

Came in to eat with my husband, food was great! Our server, Faith was awesome, incredibly attentive and friendly. The door hostess was also very sweet. My only complaint with our dining experience was that the general manager, Tyron brought a nasty atmosphere to the restaurant. The other staff members were friendly and attentive to the rest of the guest, as Tyron would just hover and stare at guests, making us feel uncomfortable. I also took issue to the manner in which he interacted with staff. He went about communication with his staff in an incredibly unprofessional manner. We saw him get onto the staff in front of the guests and my husband and I heard their entire conversation! I would not wanna work here if he was my manager! Other than that, I had an amazing experience, and I love Chili’s!🌶️

Came in to enjoy a nice dinner with my family and niece and they were cramming everyone into the bar area. The music and tv’s were so loud I couldn’t even think. This location has gone down hill and needs some restructuring because it’s obvious the manager doesn’t know what he is doing.

If I can give you zero star I will.. reason, waitress very unfriendly, uniform is oily terrible experience , manger have to to something about his employees, restroom very unsafe and dirty... stinky, floor is like walking on glue... We try to eat dinner but we can NOT we go to another restaurant.. VERY unpleasant place!! Terrible experience!!
