Chipotle Mexican Grill

Where on earth is this acceptable Chipotle?! A napkin literally cooked inside of my food. Unsanitary, unsafe and unacceptable. And please let’s not get me started on the “manager” who does not have to provide her name. Nor can she provide me a refund or even an apology!! Based on my experience tonight and the other reviews provided, this place should be SHUT DOWN!

Very very poor service, accountability and food prep. My wife ordered mobile food to our home to feed our family and my dish had a napkin at the very bottom of it. Took it back to the restaurant and the “manager” was very unhelpful. Basically the entire staff could care less that they prepared a customer’s order with a napkin in it. Just out right disgusting!!! I would highly recommend placing any orders here.

Came in an hour before close and was told only able to serve one meat. An hour though? Smh. Although, this location is literally 5 mins from me...I'll just drive over to the other Chipotle on SW Fwy. Pitiful!

Slow, they barely put meat, everyone there seems depressed, food seems always a little cold and it cost a fortune better off go to a 4 star restaurant

Nope nope nope. Chipotle is outrageous. Went in today and got a bowl with chicken and carnitas when I got it tasted like a veggie bowl. It’s all good I will never spend money at Chipotle again EVER.

Terrible, workers are LAZY and rude.. If you don’t wanna work, then don’t work?? They try to steer customers away a whole hour/2 before closing.. &’ Start flickering lights and moving chairs early.

The manager on duty November 7th at 6:40pm, has very poor customer service skills. Very rude, and when I asked for her name, she advised she didn’t have to provide that information. I will take the longer drive to a different Chipotle where they know how to treat customers.

Food quality is probably the worst of all chipotle locations. Also the staff think they are the Einsteins of this world.

Man I have not been to chipotle since the quality went down after the pandemic, and I wish I never went, flavorless, small burrito, almost no chicken. The chips were STALE! They call the cheese for the chips and salsa normal size, it was like a sample size! They should call it the sample size lol. Ridiculous, all this for a whopping $18. Should have went next door and got a steak, salad and a potatoe for $12. Avoid it at all cost! Oh and I asked them to cut the burrito in half and the girl making the burrito was like no we dont do that. Avoid at all costs. Find a cabo bobs instead!

Magaly provided top notch customer service.

I’m not sure who they’re having handle the mobile/delivery orders at the station where the drive thru is, but my order lately has been super sloppy and not great. It seems like they can’t properly wrap a burrito.. which I don’t even get that much stuff added inside in the first place so I don’t see how it’s hard 🤷‍♀️ I could ignore it, if my burritos haven’t had all the stuff inside just coming out of it. And the fact they don’t even add napkins anymore, or a fork for when I order my husband’s order which is a bowl for him, it’s kind of really annoying. Especially with the way they’ve been making my order the past few times. I remember everything was made great and you got forks and napkins with your orders.
