Man I have not been to chipotle since the quality went down after the pandemic, and I wish I never went, flavorless, small burrito, almost no chicken. The chips were STALE! They call the cheese for the chips and salsa normal size, it was like a sample size! They should call it the sample size lol. Ridiculous, all this for a whopping $18. Should have went next door and got a steak, salad and a potatoe for $12. Avoid it at all cost! Oh and I asked them to cut the burrito in half and the girl making the burrito was like no we dont do that. Avoid at all costs. Find a cabo bobs instead!

I’m not sure who they’re having handle the mobile/delivery orders at the station where the drive thru is, but my order lately has been super sloppy and not great. It seems like they can’t properly wrap a burrito.. which I don’t even get that much stuff added inside in the first place so I don’t see how it’s hard 🤷‍♀️ I could ignore it, if my burritos haven’t had all the stuff inside just coming out of it. And the fact they don’t even add napkins anymore, or a fork for when I order my husband’s order which is a bowl for him, it’s kind of really annoying. Especially with the way they’ve been making my order the past few times. I remember everything was made great and you got forks and napkins with your orders.

It was a heavy set , Hispanic guy with a lot of facial hair I noticed he coughed in his hands and went back to where the food was, and he took that same hand He coughed in and swiped, the counter in front of the lettuce as if he was wiping the stuff on the floor. when he looked up I had my mouth wide open out of shock that he did that, and he just looked at me and pulled his hat down. before anybody else came, I let the older Hispanic lady with rubber band ponytail know that the gentlemen should change his glove before another customer and she asked like i bothered her and with an attitude “why?” and I told her the gentleman said he coughed in his glove, The gentleman explained he coughed in his shoulder when I know what I saw, and then she told him to change his gloves But she seemed annoyed October 3 6 o’clock

The food was absolutely terrible! The onions and peppers (fajita vegetables) were drastically undercooked, resulting in a crunchy texture instead of being sautéed. Some of the rice was clumped together, while others were crunchy. To add to the disappointment, the bowl was significantly spicier than usual.

My wife opted for the Chicken bowl, which was surprisingly lacking in chicken. On the other hand, I had the Carnitas bowl, which was served with the expected amount of carnitas.

Ordered two kids meals and they forgot to give the drinks and chips that come with their meals. I went back to get it and they said without a receipt they couldn’t give it because people would just come get it all the time. Well if yall didn’t make the mistake in the first place we wouldn’t have to come claim. Of course no one keeps the receipts since I have the transaction on my card and the manager didn’t want to assist or help in anyway just wanted to get me out of the line as I was buying another kids meal for my son

Let me be the first to say welcome to the Rosenberg area. I’ve been very excited to come patronize your restaurant. I have been a life long chipotle fan. And I was very excited to see one opening up in my neighborhood.

However, there’s been a growing trend at your particular store here in Rosenberg that I find problematic both as a fellow business owner and as a customer of your establishment. While, I’ve never had a negative experience with your staff. They’ve all been very kind and respectful, I have had issues with portions being served to customers. It almost feels as if I’m pulling teeth just to get a decent size portion that I’m paying for. I tried to hint at it kindly without feeling like I’m making a scene or being pushy, but I’ve had to outright just say it and be direct, which is embarrassing just to get what you feel like you’re paying for.

I completely understand that prices are going up because cost of doing business is higher, but the quality that the customer is receiving should not change even if the price is. Hiding behind chipotle standards of portions is a little bit ridiculous.

I would tc like to see more pride and care being taken that customers are satisfied with what they’re paying for. I’m not asking anyone to go above and beyond or to over serve, but I’m asking for the bare minimum of the standard, which was set years ago when I began patronizing, chipotle restaurants.

If customers feel like they are not getting a value for what they’re spending, the short term gains in money saved by giving people minuscule portions will be far overshadowed by the lost revenue as people stop coming and patronizing your restaurant, and then one day you’ll close your doors.

I would be happy to clarify more and explain if you need it. But I just would like to see your restaurant be successful and I would like to also as a customer feel that I’m getting a good value for what I’m purchasing.

I had to purchase a small $2 bag of tortilla chips to go with my bowl.. the bag was printed in large letters ‘MADE FRESH DAILY”…they were STALE.!! (purchased before noon) It took me about two years to try Chipotle again after disappointing experiences at other stores. ($$$). You’re going to have to do a lot better.!! See you again maybe in a couple of years. The bowl was actually good, but chips should be included at that price.. and they should be fresh. Little things matter.!!

So this is my second time ordering from here. The first time it was ok. This time, it was comical. I ordered a kids meal the quesadillas with beans and rice, and you can get chips or fruit and it comes with a drink. I ordered online to pick up at the window. I get there and the young man gives me my bag and walks off. I’m waiting for my drink, because where it is? He comes back I said, it comes with a drink . He said does it? Yes it does. He said let me see your bag. I give it to him he looks at the receipt on the side of the bag(which it doesn’t say) he gives it back. I said ok the drink, you should know what it comes with. He said does it say it on the menu. I said yes. He said let me see. Yes I kid you not. I pull out my phone show him the menu online he gives it back and gets drink. I get home the chips were missing but hey I refuse to go back. But lo and behold I grab the box out the bag and it literally says, on it “ Kids quesadillas with kids chip, kids cup (which is the drink) , white rice and black beans. Sir, you put the food together yet you did not read everything on the box itself. Sigh, I digress.

These workers are horrible, they be skimping out on portions. Plus this location is like rude, how the heck u only give like half a scoop of items or not a full scoop of items. I came twice to test this theory but Sugarland serves more. This location is the worst, stop cheating out people from their meats! Literally had to ask them to give proper scoops WTH.
