Chipotle Mexican Grill

Salad was trash. I dont think the person that makes the salad even eats salad. What a sloppy mess.

So my husband and go in and order food. I asked for vinaigrette and she said they don’t have any. (This is a bigger Hispanic lady working the first half)

I got to the end part of my order with the salsa and cheese portion and I asked again if she’s sure there is no more vinaigrette and she said they’re all out. (Plot twist she lied and didn’t wanna get her steps in) She did all of what I said above with an attitude:

I finally check out and ask the dude at check out if they have vinaigrette and guess what? He brings out a huge bin of it and asks how much I want. I only tipped cause of him.

Did a pickup order and I guess just because we weren’t there to watch them make it, they did the bare minimum. Ordered a salad, literally was slop. Full of sour cream, no actual lettuce, chicken was mostly fat. Also got a burrito and definitely not as full as when we’ve gone there and just ordered, even though it was ordered the same way.

If I could give a negative I would. My son placed an order over the app. He went to pick it up and when he got back home the order was all wrong. I’ve tried calling several different times to speak with someone but, the damn recording lady kept saying that she needed to know what I was calling in for. I tried doing the text message thing with chipotle and still didn’t get anywhere. The food is dry and nasty. I just threw it away. I would like a refund for my portion. My son’s food was fine.

Muhammad that is on the grill is awesome and the service is great!

Poor and rude. The food was not cook, the rice very hard and the meat red, the server said that is what we have. Chipotle use to be great!! Not any more

Not the best day for a bowl...brown rice was under cooked and several bits of chicken were chewy and required discarding in the napkins... Ultimately, wasn't able to eat much of it. Very unusual, I've never experienced this at Chipotle before.

Yesterday Feb 3, 2025 I went with my husband to this restaurant, we had gone before and it didn't seem so bad to us. This time we went after lunch and what a disappointment: The counter where the food is and the food is served is completely dirty, the employees who serve with an ugly attitude but the worst the food; My husband ordered a burrito in the tortilla and it was disgusting, the way it was wrapped it looked like anything. The worst: I ordered the burrito on a plate and the beans were damaged, I spent the night feeling nauseous and had a bad stomach, we didn't say anything at the time because with that attitude of the employees, who are you talking to? I DO NOT recommend this place or its food to anyone...

The chicken was undercooked and so fatty I had to spit it out. Something I got was so hot also that it was almost impossible to eat. I don’t think I’ll be going back to Chipotle ever again. Especially spending 13 bucks ! Ripoff! 😡

The girl whom was fixing orders seem not to care and the eye rolls was just beyond me. I was always told to leave your attitude at home and if you don't want to be at work then call in. To be rude for no reason idk but won't be returning to this location.

This is the only store that I visit from chipotle that has a chipotlane. I really like that about this location but what is the point of this if u end up having to wait over 5 minutes in there and no one helps. Not even a single apology and sometimes the associates seem so overwhelmed they don’t even smile just hand the order and close the door. Something needs to change with this.

Requested extra lettuce by ordering on the app, and this is what I got (shown in the pic). On top of that, they completely forgot to give me the Chips & Side. I had to return and ask for it.
