Passing thru Rosenburg and I stopped by to pick up some chicken. This is a older place a little run down in the inside. I had 2 separate orders and each was wrong. The woman who took my order didn't speak english well and I speak little spanish this is why my orders were wrong. She did not understand what I was asking for. When I left I thought my mashed potatoes were in the bag but they Weren't. Also I asked for mixed chicken and I got legs and thighs but they charged me for mixed. A big headache next time I'll pass this restaurant up.

I have no rating to give. I got an 8 pcs dark and 9 biscuits. The chicken was burnt, the biscuits were hard as a rock. The food was uneatable. I tried to call the phone number 281-341-7810 for this location several times and there was no answer. I called the complaint line 866-372-5246 left 2 complaints. Never got a call back, text, email or nothing. I do not live in Rosenberg so I had no intention of driving back anytime soon. I'm very disappointed in Church's and my children are also. I had to buy a whole meal again somewhere else because we couldn't eat the one from Church's. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

Gave my wife some hard ass chicken that they cooked wrong. When I tried to call them they wouldn’t answer the phone👎🏾👎🏾
If I could give a zero I would. Health department really needs to take a look at this place. I ordered the 3 piece special and tenders $18. Tenders were hard and dry tasted like super old grease. Okra and biscuits were hard as a rock. 3 piece chicken had no seasoning at all too one bite of each item threw it all away. $18 down drain they will not get a penny more of my money ever in life. I will be putting in a claim to the churches head quarters for a quality check. Times are to hard for paying spending hard earned money to get food like this.

Where you order the ladies can't even hear you nor can you hear them. The inside of the restaurant is disgusting. It's old and run down and there's water leaking from the ceiling and they have a trash can catching the water. The employees don't speak a lick of English, you seriously need to speak Spanish because that's all they understand. I came in today to order 2 chicken fried steak combos and the lady asked if I wanted "white or brown gravy" in her broken English. I said white. When she rang me up the order came out to $43, when I paid using my debit card she gave me the receipt and I sat down to wait for my order. That's when I noticed that the table I sat at wasn't cleaned, it was dirty and there was only a couple and me who were sitting in the dining area. When I looked at my receipt it had 2 leg and thigh combo meals instead of the chicken fried steak dinners I ordered. Instead of making a scene I just got my wrong order and left. It's such a shame that the owners of this restaurant rather pay undocumented people to work here for cheap instead of hiring citizens who could speak English. This place should really be shut down.
