I'm never in Richmond but I stopped here for a quick lunch while out doing errands. This Dairy Queen was like walking into a time warp. The 90's aesthetic is in tact from a more colorful time. The dining room is impeccably clean. Like how, because the decor is 30 years old. The service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and well made. The blizzards were like the ones in the commercial. Like, whipped cream for days on the pumpkin pie one. The ketchup packets on my tray were literally in a neat row. The fries were beautifully packed in the little box. I cannot express how pleasant this experience was. There were funny stupid videos playing with no volume on a large tv while Sunny 99.1 was playing in the background. Everyone at this establishment is killing it. The person/people cooking and expediting are artists of fast food. Please someone give them all a raise, bonus, gifts, and rewards.

I ordered a sandwich and a salad from Dairy Queen. When I got home and opened the bag, I realized several things were missing — no salad dressing, no forks, and not even napkins. For a meal that’s supposed to be ready to eat, this was really disappointing.
The sandwich and salad themselves were fine, but it’s frustrating, driving 10 miles to and from then you get disappointed.

The food is mediocre, I tried it like a year or so ago but it probably is the same now. The bathroom is very disgusting and they didn’t have toilet paper. I had to use paper towels 😫😭

Got a reeses blizzard and I normally dont have issues from there. However this time, one of the candy pieces tasted sour and rancid. I had to spit it out. It alarmed me, as im not sure it was a reeses. Do they clean the icecream machines thoroughly? I dont think I'll eat the rest of the blizzard due to that. Waste of $6

If you want food or ice cream do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! This place is dirty and the ice cream does not even remotely taste like ice cream! I did not eat the sundae I ordered! The floors are sticky and they have roaches laying on the floor! The employees act like they are in a coma. It took the employee about 15 minutes to make 2 sundaes that were absolutely the worst excuse for ice cream I have ever tasted! I am surprised the health dept has not closed them down. I would be scared 😱 eat anything at the worst excuse for a Dairy Queen!
