The food is mediocre, I tried it like a year or so ago but it probably is the same now. The bathroom is very disgusting and they didn’t have toilet paper. I had to use paper towels 😫😭

Got a reeses blizzard and I normally dont have issues from there. However this time, one of the candy pieces tasted sour and rancid. I had to spit it out. It alarmed me, as im not sure it was a reeses. Do they clean the icecream machines thoroughly? I dont think I'll eat the rest of the blizzard due to that. Waste of $6

If you want food or ice cream do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! This place is dirty and the ice cream does not even remotely taste like ice cream! I did not eat the sundae I ordered! The floors are sticky and they have roaches laying on the floor! The employees act like they are in a coma. It took the employee about 15 minutes to make 2 sundaes that were absolutely the worst excuse for ice cream I have ever tasted! I am surprised the health dept has not closed them down. I would be scared 😱 eat anything at the worst excuse for a Dairy Queen!

This location is the worst. Majority of the staff are teenagers and they are horrible at customer service. They would rather be behind the counter talking and playing around than actually doing their job. I will now be traveling 30 minutes to another location. This whole location needs to be fired or close it down.

Both blizzards we got were missing ingredients and not blended right.
Only 3 tables worth of people in the lobby, and each one had trouble simply getting their food. What an unorganized mess! The only thing that was worth the wait was the blizzard.

I got a a few blizzard, and they didn't put lids on them, so they melted and got ice cream all over the seat of the car. I understand its hot outside, but they should have put a lid on top to prevent them from making a messy while they melted.

Cashier Alexis Is What It Said On My Receipt, Had A Bad Attitude, kept looking at me all ugly they had gave me cold fries I was debating to get me the chicken tender basket but thank God I decided not too I'm sure that would have been cold as well.
