Usually I get decent service but today was the exception. Went inside to order and stood behind 2 other guests waiting to order. After 3-4 minutes, employee steps out from back to give order to 1st guest and said something to 2nd guest but ignored me and went in back. Another employee walks out of back wit order for guest at a table. Walks by me, goes behind counter and walks past me not making eye contact and into the back. About 5 minutes later 1st employee walks out to give 2nd guest and guest at table their orders. 1st employee walks by me as I get out of his way then behind the counter and into the back. I looked at another customer who just shrugged. I said “screw this” and walked out. All I wanted was an ice cream cone.

THE BROWNIE AND OREO CUPFECTION WAS PERFECTION. PACKED WITH DELICOUS COOKIES AND BROWNIE. THE SPOON LONG ENOUGH TO REACH THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP. IT IS WORTH THE PRICE AND GREAT SERVICE ADDED.

I told the cashier specifically no tomatoes or mustard because I’m allergic an he was on my receipt how ever when I got my bag the burger was thrown in there with everything in there .. this locations hires young kites playing around with people food curse an Spanish like I don’t understand.. I will never come to this location again it needs to be close down I’m contacting corporate to see that happen !!

I ordered tacos because I didn't think Dairy Queen closest to me carried chicken & dumplings. I asked why and was informed they do. Last year they didn't and there was so sign advertising. I ordered some because they are very good.

WHY IS DAIRY QUEEN RATED A 3.6??!!Never once have my tia (aunt) and I have had a good experience here at Dairy Queen. We are a busy family and sometimes a nice treat at Dairy Queen would be nice but unfortunately that isn’t the case, from the employees not hearing the order to HAIR in the FOOD!!!!! Nothings ever worth itPlease don’t come here. It’s sad how the owner just hires bum teenagers to run the place DOWN!! Below I will list the events we have experienced as a family in the past 6 months….1. It takes 45 minutes to get an icecream2. The employees can’t hear you when you order3. A girl threw ketchup in the car at the window when we were pulling out of the drive thru4 Another girl tried taking away a drink from the table while we were eating because it was the wrong order5. HAIR IN THE FOOD???!!!6. over charging on orders you never made and making you feel utterly stupid by saying you ordered that mealIt’s sad to say I’m 17 and disappointed in kids my own age for working like this, it’s also sad to admit this is my first review because this place is THAT BAD!!! Please think twice about coming here…….

Awful experience. Small chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard tasted like it had coffee in it. Was a peanut butter looking color when it was handed to me. Never again. This location is awful. Definitely drive to Sugar Land 90 and Hwy 6 if you are headed to DQ.

It had been a while since I visited a DQ. The drive-thru service was prompt and the order was quick and accurate. The drive thru lane was a bit narrow but that's not a big deal. Overall it was great and the food was hot and delicious!

Unable to communicate thru drive thru speaker. Then order was wrong went back got right order then young lady has attitude I told her thank you and she gave me a ugly stare I brushed it off. I remembered why I don't stop there they always had a problem with customer service.
