HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service today!im a regular here but today was a really bad experience. First the wait time we were seated after 20 minutes but we were only taken to a table to wait for another hour, when the food came the orders were wrong and the food was cold even our skillet was cold, I also had to get up for our own cutlery, and syrup, lastly they brought the tortillas when were almost done with the food and forgot to bring me some pancakes but mind you they didnt forget to charge it to the bill. Ofc i didnt let them charge me. almost forgot from @20 tables only about 2 had food the rest was waited for like an hr too.

The terrible service takes too long to bring what you order, for example Cary sugar free or decaffeinated coffee, and they bring you what you want, especially the waiter Eduardo.

My son love Denny's but this one is a no no no no more second time here and it was the same experience. My food was cold my coffee was cold I asked for a hot refill and they gave me another one and it was cold. I just Ask for my to go boxes pay my bill and left.

My girlfriend and myself were treated with courtesy and respect by Miccah at the Rosenberg Demny's off HWY 59. The meal was great and Miccah did a great job as our host and waiter.

I ordered 2 super slams this morning which comes with double bacon and double sausage. Both orders only had one of each in them and the pancakes were over cooked. I called and spoke with the manager on duty to request a refund, who said he would reach out to the dm, and it’ll be processed in 4 days. I then received a voicemail stating that the DISTRICT MANAGER said I would have to bring the food back to receive a refund????? I have been in corporate management for over 10 years and I can not believe those words would come out of a DM’s mouth. I can not fathom how a manager would expect a customer, who’s food they paid for was not correct, to then be inconvenienced again and drive all the way back to the restaurant, bring back the food, that you’ll be throwing away anyway, in order to receive a refund for DENNYS MISTAKE. I am flabbergasted. They also mentioned this is “Denny’s” policy which is hard to believe that an established corporation would have a policy in place as such. I’ve never heard anything like this before in my life. I am not the one to complain but this incident is simply ridiculous that I even have to take it to this step in order to get proper customer service. I will need whoever is the regional manager over Texas to contact me regarding this matter, since the DM seems to not know how to properly run a district and retain customers.

I came in 1:30 am it’s now 1:45 no one has even said hello to me so I’m leaving this review and I’m going to IHOP but I feel like it’s real funny how the workers are just looking at me waiting on me to leave which I definitely plan on doing but the fact that I haven’t even been greeted says a lot I’ll NEVER COME BACK and I’m a server I always tip 20+ depending on the service and I’m by myself lmao what a joke !!!!!!!!! If I could give Zero stars I would !!! So now I’m going to ask for the managers name so I can leave it here and I’m walking out!!!! The managers name is Akthar! But I’m sure it’s probably “Akbar” !! Oh and I was the only person in the restaurant! I’m so pissed but I left gracefully
