If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! I placed an order at 9:30pm! I don’t have a vehicle and I ordered my kids food with my last $$ and THEY CANCELLED my order! Then when I called for an explanation THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE! It’s beyond unacceptable and this highly affects people’s livelihood! If I had the luxury of picking up my food I WOULD! The fact you canceled my order left no message and refuse to answer the phone because y’all KNOW you’re out of line! To top it off I have to wait 2-3 business days to get my money back! So my kids went HUNGRY! If you don’t hire adequate staff the store needs to be closed down if normal operations cannot be conducted! If you went out of stock on an item you should have delivered the rest of my order and issued me a partial refund but to do absolutely nothing is careless. Y’all won’t get another penny out of me and my family!

Tried to place a order on the phone only to wait over 10 minutes to have the phone picked up and to be hung up on. Tried to call again only to be waiting for someone to pick up the phone after no answer I tried to call once more only to again be left waiting over 5 minutes with no answer so I just had to hang up.

Business is booming and y'all are working fast, but mistakes are made often and sometimes y'all have a few people standing around and a few people stretched thin. Y'all could use some work.
Our order was wrong, so it took about an hour and 10 minutea to get 2 pizzasLake of sauce, no cheese. We will stick to the domino's by Buccees.

Spoke to the manager on duty 10/19/23 said Fred started my order at 7:46 it was 8:30, I called the store the manager on duty at the time spoke treated me horribly and said they just making the order, I will no longer order from this location again if I could give a no star I would , just horrible service I would expect more from a manager me being one myself

After 3 failed attempts of ordering online (through a couple locations), I had to go into the store to place the order. I was handed the order and saw one was done incorrectly. A full pepperoni with cheese only on half (2 people are lactose intolerant) . The person who took the order did it correctly. It was the one who made it who didn't follow directions. I point this one out because he wanted to cause a stink only to realize he didn't read it correctly.On the 2nd attempt, they were about to bake a pizza that had pepperoni and cheese on one side and ONLY sauce on the other! ?♂️ I caught them before they set it on the oven to correct it. When I was handed the pizza, I noticed they couldn't even cut it correctly.I gave up and had to get the food back to the 4 kids and adults for their dinnersince everyone had been waiting over an hour at this point.
