absolutely terrible location with terrible service and drinks. they’ll ask you multiple times to repeat the order and still get it wrong. they cancel mobile orders. save yourself the headache and go anywhere but here.

Came only today 1/2 /26 or the buy a drink get free donut and tote bag. I ordered two drinks and did mobile order. Arrived and nothing extra and they only wanted to argue so much for ever going back there for freebies.

Every time I go this location, they are always out of something for the Baskin Robbins side. Either they don’t have the ice OR toppings for the ice cream. What’s the point for a these 2 restaurants being combined if it’s more catered towards Dunkin?

if i can rate them a 0 i would. terrible customer service and i asked for a large latte with light ice because i just got a root canal they didn’t fill my cup up then half of my cup was cold foam. so disappointing this is the ONLY location i have been too that does this. they are rude and the lady with the scarf screamed from across the restaurant she wasn’t even close to the drive thru window yelling saying “your cup isn’t going to be full”. where is the decency? how embarrassing. i overall had a terrible experience and i hope they work on there customer service because this is so unacceptable.

The service at this location isn’t great. Ordered a black coffee with sugar and a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side. Easy right? No, first bagel comes out toasted and with the cream cheese on it. Send back. Decide to look at coffee and its not black its brown. I question it as it doesn’t look right. Like someone started to put cream in, they insist its black, don't offer to replace. Grab the new bagel, go on my way. Arrive and realize this time they don’t toast the bagel but STILL put the cream cheese on. Really!! You are not listening. And I’m pretty sure it was the manager who took the order lol. Go somewhere else people.
Frequently gets my drinks wrong. The lady in the window most morning's, is dismissive and rude. When calling for support with a drink remake to the location, they are also rude and hang up mid conversation.

I usually place my order about 10 minutes before I get to the Dunkin location because of how long it takes them to make my order. Two days in a row I ordered 10 minutes before I got there, and two days in a row, my order was not started until I got there. The second day, It took 17 minutes until I got my complete order, which was one large iced coffee and a bacon, avocado toast- and my order was wrong! This is also one of the most unfriendly locations I’ve ever been to.

A complaint I have towards a manager named Hannah at the Rosenberg location!
I came to dunkin around 1:30pm on 09/13/2025 and I ordered a large iced matcha latte with 2 pumps of brown sugar and 1 pump of butter pecan syrup with light ice. I specified while I was ordering that I didn’t want a lot of ice because usually half the drink is always ice and nobody wants to drink a watered down drink. I always have this problem even when I order light ice, they still give me so much in my opinion. I always have to return my drink when it comes to that because I’m not sure why it’s difficult to understand light ice and that’s a very irritating thing to do everytime you come somewhere but today is what really made me do this review. I also emailed corporate about this because my experience today was ridiculous!!!! So again, that was my order and I pulled up to the drive thru window and gave the cashier my money and she gave me back my change. One of the employees brings me drink and I again proceeded to tell her that is way too much ice, I don’t want that much ice in my drink. She goes and brings me back my drink with light ice as I stated but half of my drink is gone. That’s how you know my drink was FULL of ice!!! All she did was pour ice out the drink that she had initially already gave me which is ridiculous of how much my drink was missing now. I looked at her and said there is no way you’re about to give me my drink with half of it is gone… she said that she cashier was supposed to tell me that I needed to pay extra for them to put more milk in my drink if I wanted light ice. I have never in my life heard someone tell me this before, mind you, I come here almost 4 times a week before I go to class and this is the first time I have ever heard someone tell me this… I proceeded to question like I have never had to do this, why do I have to pay for that and that I wanted to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager and I said there’s no way you’re a manager and you are giving me my drink half way gone like that and I told her to just give me my drink because I wasn’t going to argue with her more then that because she was most definitely wrong the way she gave me my drink. She then went back to “fix my drink” because she realized how irritated I was already and just wanted to leave. She then came back with my drink and I just knew all she was going to do was add milk and my drink was barely even going to taste like matcha itself anymore, just going to taste like flat out milk. This would situation irritated me and I will never come back to this location again. I’m going to upload a picture of how I received my drink because this was just mind blowing of also how a manager went about this. The managers name was Hannah! The picture I’m uploading is literally 2 minutes after I got my drink & I took 1 sip out my drink and this is how much was in there!!!!! Just ridiculous

Everyone was so sweet and polite to my girls. Definitely kid friendly❤️, they listened and enjoyed serving my girls who were full of energy at the moment. extremely patient which as a mom I greatly appreciate, thank you so much! 😊

This Dunkin is a joke, 8 pm on a Saturday and they don't have jelly donuts. The most popular donut. They tell me they usually run out of them by 2pm, and they don't make more after they run out. Seriously Dunkin? Sounds like a bad business decision or dumb management choices. I won't be back! Obviously other people have reached the same conclusion.
The left the paper that separates the slices of cheese on my sandwich and I almost choked swallowing it. Come on now.
