I left the drive thru and my order today after waiting for 25 min for a $18 order. I order and paid at 12:42 and at 1:07, we had moved up 1 car with 7 cars in front of us. There were people waiting outside that had been there when we drove up, still waiting plus many others waiting around outside.

Music was WAAAY too loud I could barely hear the guy taking my order. Is this a GEN ALPHA club or a coffee bar? Won’t be returning

I have several drinks I get at dutch bros. For coffee I get the double torture picture perfect, for tea I get golden eagle iced chai though I rotate between different flavors. For cocoa get a hot cocoa with coconut flavoring. Oh also the chocolate chip muffin top but recently since adding new foods its the coffee cake. Both are filling and the maple waffle is pretty good too but not as filling

Walking into Dutch Bros for the first time felt less like ordering coffee and more like accidentally stepping into a beautifully caffeinated parallel universe where joy is mandatory and vibes are aggressively positive. I approached the window with the mild anxiety of someone who doesn’t know the menu but pretends they do, and within 0.7 seconds I was greeted by the most energetic human I’ve encountered since a marching band drum major on espresso.

The service? Impeccable. I didn’t just order a drink — I was guided through an emotionally supportive consultation. They asked how my day was, what kind of flavors I liked, what my spirit animal might drink if it had a rough morning. I took a risk, trusted the process, and somehow ended up with a drink so perfectly balanced that I briefly questioned whether they had access to my personal taste memories.

Now for the wild part. Mid-sip, as I’m experiencing what I can only describe as a caffeine-induced awakening, a man in the parking lot drops his keys. No big deal, right? Wrong. Those keys slide directly into a storm drain. Chaos. The entire moment unfolds in slow motion. Without hesitation, a Dutch Bros employee appears like a folklore hero, armed with a long stick, optimism, and zero fear. Keys are recovered. Applause happens (yes, actual applause). Someone honks. A pigeon watches. Society heals a little.

Back to the drink — still flawless. Ice ratio? Elite. Flavor? Mysteriously perfect. Cup integrity? Structural masterpiece. I drove away not just caffeinated, but changed. I didn’t go to Dutch Bros for coffee. I went for the first time and left with a story, a smile, and the unsettling realization that I will now compare all future customer service experiences to this one.

Would recommend. Would return. Might tell my grandchildren about it.

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT service. This Dutch Bros is something special. The employees move with purpose, efficiency, and a genuine warmth that can’t be taught only felt. Every interaction is friendly, every cup made with care. It’s the kind of place that reminds you how good a simple thing, done right, can be. A fine experience actually Damn fine.

Long wait in line, even at 6PM. Baristas seem to be more social with each other than with customers - drink tasted absolutely vile as well, had to pour it out at home because I was too frustrated to return; waste of nearly $10. Just go somewhere else or make it at home.

First time at Dutch bros ordered a golden eagle online for drive thru pick up. Waited 18 minutes in drive thru just to get a coffee that tastes like chocolate milk. I will stick with Starbucks.

every employee that has taken my order is always super nice & friendly! the only problem is that my coffee is NEVER right or good. my order is always an iced golden eagle with soft top, just like that no extras or nothing too complicated. But it’s ALWAYS either very little caramel to where you cannot taste it or sometimes none at all & bitter taste. the employees do take your order pretty quick but the wait in line to actually get your order is always 10-25 mins. I come to this location occasionally when im in the area ( mostly weekends ) the location in my hometown never gives me problems so I def know what good iced coffee is supposed to taste like, but this location never fails to disappoint me & I hate it bc I love Dutch bros.

I am not sure what changed about this location but the wait time for a drink is ridiculous. Every time I have come the past 2 months or so has had people waiting 30+ min for their drinks even if you order ahead. It doesn’t seem like management is doing anything to fix the issue.

Slowest service ever! It’s just a party in the kitchen. The baristas aren’t working hard enough. Just talking and taking their time. My drink was made wrong as well. So ridiculous.
