I’d give them a 0 if I could. I had a very troubling experience at this Firehouse Subs location. I purchased a large combo with chips and a drink, and after receiving my order I decided I wanted a bottled beverage as well so I went to grab a Sprite from the cooler and went back to the register to pay. While standing there, a young male employee with braids at the register said “did you steal those chips in your bag?” I was shocked and explained that I had bought the combo, but he continued, saying that “a lot of people just pick up the chips and go.”
The managers and other staff present did nothing to address the situation, which I found extremely unprofessional. As a woman of color, being accused of theft in this manner was humiliating and felt potentially racially biased. I expect a formal apology from Firehouse Subs, as no customer should be treated this way while simply trying to pay for their order.

Took them 20 mnts to make a sandwich and still hadn't started on it when I asked. About my sandwich and there were only 2 customers in the store and 4 people working. Never going back again.
Terrible service to say the least
Firehouse Subs is hands down one of the best sandwich places around! Every time I come here, the food is consistently delicious and freshly made. The bread is always soft and warm, the meats are perfectly seasoned, and the toppings are fresh and crisp. You can really taste the quality in every bite. My personal favorite is how generous they are with the fillings — it’s always packed with flavor and never dry.
The staff here are super friendly, patient, and always go out of their way to make sure your order is just right. The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and has that welcoming neighborhood vibe that makes you want to come back again and again.
What I love most about Firehouse Subs is that you get amazing quality for a fair price, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. Whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or sitting down for a quick meal, this place always hits the spot.
