The hours of operation listed are incorrect. I arrived at 8:35pm, but they had already closed and said the register was shut down for the night. The hours posted here say open until 9:00pm. It would be helpful to update them to reflect the actual closing time.

We would always go to Sandy's, but there was always a long wait...I'm old and busted like 76 crown vic so stand that long in the hellscape of Texas weather doesn't do me right, Gabby's is drive through, sit in the comfort of your air conditioned care and have the young lady hustle and get your order and bring out those Texas size cones, service is fast, courteous and accurate..and the snow cones are light, that is the ice is soft and light like snowcones should be...highly recommend

I ordered a bionico , the mango was not good the apple tasted nasty like other foods from the refrigerator and the milk was all dry . The quality went down not good

Corn was so watery didnt have any flavor it was literally just corn with water. They gave me the wrong shake but didnt want to ask for a remake because they take a really long time.

Service sucks, they don’t care about the customer service they provide to their customers. They care about $$ only. Sad to see private local owned businesses treating the customers that MAKE their business what it is pushed to the side for a profit. Don’t see this place lasting much longer. All the reviews highlight the poor customer service.

We’ve been here several times and never had an issue. We specifically ordered a mangonada and clarified with the server that we wanted mango chunks with chamoy, tajin, and candy on top. The server entered the wrong order and we got stuck paying for something we didn’t order. We were told they can’t take something back to the kitchen once it’s already made and someone has to pay for it. We were told “Gabby’s can’t lose, the company can’t lose”. It turned into a he said she said. Worst customer service and staff need to be trained appropriately of what’s on the menu.
