Great American Cookies

Obsessed is an overstatement! I love their cookies and ice cream pairings!! Pistachio, red velvet and banana are my 3 favorite ice creams.

The staff are amazing! Mary and the manager (I don’t know her name) are my favs but everyone there is great, even the newer employees.

Recently I ordered a cake for my son’s bday party and it came out great!

The young woman that waited on me was very sweet and helpful. They cookie cake was excellent my family loved it I will definitely be back.

What I ordered was delicious however I was very disappointed with the service. I came in tonight with my husband and two sons. I asked if a shake was available and was told “yeah but it’s $13” I said well is it available .. the lady once again said “yeah but it’s $13” . As if I couldn’t afford a $13 ice-cream. I did end up getting it and it was really good. Half way through our baby was crying and upset so we decided to take our ice-cream to go. As I was about to get up to leave I turned around and an older lady working was looking at my family laughing. I turned back around then looked back again to see if she was still laughing and she was. I turned around a third time right before I walked out and she was rolling her eyes at me. Needless to say, I will not be back! It’s always interesting to me how some people in service can treat customers poorly and never know who they are. I could have been your bosses boss’s boss and you are treating me as if I am beneath you. Just something to think about! Be kind to everyone!

Ordered a cookie cake for my grandma’s 95th bday online today since I’m all the way in Dallas, and they followed the special instructions so well! Thank you for making it extra special for her! It looks absolutely beautiful!! She LOVED IT??
