Our waiter, Jose D., was absolutely fantastic! He provided top-notch service from start to finish. When I didn’t like my drink, he happily took it back without hesitation and recommended something much better — which I ended up loving. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We never had to ask for anything — he was always one step ahead. Excellent customer service and a great dining experience thanks to Jose D!

Jose was our waiter today and he was great. Today was a special day - my wife and I joined the family at Gringos to celebrate my wife and her sister’s birthday. Jose was great about keeping the table clean and the food came out fast. He and the staff were even able to help celebrate. He’s got great customer service skills.

The service from Chris and Louis was great while we were at gringos. Our food came out in a timely manner at the perfect temperature and was DELICIOUS

Fantastic service and great bartender: Elian had really good recommendations for drinks. Definitely ask if he’s working when you go. He and Chris were incredibly attentive! Will come back soon.

Let’s get into it. For the price the quantity is just not there. Chips taste store bought. Tortillas are like rubber. It’s just not up to par for the tex mex label. The picture of that beef fajita taco is embarrassing. No respect for the dollar of any customers who walk in the door.
