Holden was our waiter. He was amazing. Always checking up on us. made sure our glasses were never half empty. and He knew so much about the drinks. definitely recommend him for next time

LOVE this place, especially on sundays after church. Once again we got Christian as our server who always makes our visit a great one. He greets us with a smile and helps us to the best of his abilities. Hopefully i get to come back soon.

We had an amazing experience at Gringo’s thanks to our waiter, Carlo. He was an excellent server — very attentive, friendly, and on top of everything all night. Our drinks were always full, and he checked on us often without ever being intrusive. Most importantly, he went above and beyond to make my 7-year-old daughter’s birthday feel truly special. He made her smile, made sure she felt celebrated, and created a fun and memorable experience for her. She talked about it the whole way home! Thank you, Carlo, for helping make her birthday dinner wonderful. We will definitely be asking for you next time!

I visited Gringo's after not having been there in a long while. I was seated promptly, and my server Finn was prompt and mentioned their holiday specials, including shrimp enchiladas, which I decided to order. That was a great choice, and was absolutely delicious! Finn did a phenomenal job checking back several times, and offered a chance to purchase a "frequent flyer" card that can be used at other locations. Gringo's offers a bonus of soft-serve ice cream, too!
